  Kyle did a great job installing our toilets. Professional, courteous service. The installation cost was higher than I expected but the work was quick and clean. He also took all packaging, old toilet and left the work area clean. I would use their service again.

  Scott was awesome. Friendly, helpful, and open to suggestion. The issue we had was eventually discovered to be something minor but he treated it with serious consideration the entire time he was here. Everything was covered under warranty so it didn't cost us anything.

  Not personable. Seemed annoyed. Seemed he did not agree with the estimate amount for the job as he sees it. Did excellent work. Very pleased with the end result. I would give higher stars but it seems the front end of this process set up the back end of this process to have conflict. More can be done to address problems before they surface. Overall I strongly recommend Thielmann Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I just think internally they needed to work out some kinks. From the customer perspective I want clarity, quality and good communications. Thankfully, Brandon did not let it effect the integrity of the job and did excellent work. Thank you Thielmann Heating, Cooling & Plumbing!

  We are a repeat customer and got to know them when they installed our garage heater. We had them return for our furnace, AC and water heater replacement. Branden and his crew were fantastic - Prompt, efficient, and courteous. Upon completion, they did a thorough walkthru, explained everything with training on the new humidifier and WiFi thermostat. Price was excellent using brand name equipment that fit our budget. It was a great experience from start to finish!

  An incredibly prompt turnaround from Thielmann heating, cooling, and plumbing when The fire box and our boiler failed to light as things cooled off again here this spring. A service tech was in our house within 90 minutes. His name was Jacob A and He got straight to work, troubleshooting our system. He was very knowledgeable and clearly communicated the steps that he was taking as he evaluated our thermostat, the signals within our boiler control system, and was able to quickly remedy the situation. So the boiler is back up and running and he even helped to organize follow up steps right away so that we could schedule maintenance and get a quote for alternatives for replacing this ancient system. Super happy with Jacob and the whole process from phone call to fix.
