- PFPacker Fan220Oct 22, 20261.0Overpriced and did not bother solving my problem. I had a tub spout that was spinning with the slip joints. Couldn’t tighten/loosen it. Kyle told me to just leave it as it’s not leaking water. Okay? What about when it’s time to replace it? He said I’d need to cut behind the wall to access the piping. I guess cutting it off from the nose is not in his wheelhouse like I seen other guys do. I thought since Kyle was here, he could install a new hot/cold valve and shower head. $470 for that, plus to replace the cartridge. I had all but the cartridge on hand… I didn’t even get an invoice for why the price was so high. Only response was “high supply costs.” Absolute joke and stay away.

- MMMaureen MeierOct 12, 20261.0Dishonest owner!!!! Go elsewhere—anywhere else. In my opinion, this company’s business practices are shady and absolutely unacceptable. I paid over $1,000 for what turned out to be a simple outlet replacement. The electrician was in and out in about 30 minutes, including conversation. I agreed to that price believing more substantial electrical work was needed. When I questioned the price, the salesperson leaned on their certifications. When I questioned their bad reviews, he dismissed them as “just an IL problem.” My experience was in Wisconsin. I trusted this company and feel completely taken advantage of. Never again. Save your money and find another electrician.
