- RRrdt38911 day ago5.0Nicholas H came out today to take a look at my a/c unit that wasn’t cooling very well. He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He went over the issues, gave me options and fixed everything up. I’ll definitely request Nicholas the next time I need any help.
- PEPaul EganJul 1, 20265.0AC failure in midst of heat wave, and Thielmann responded in less than two hours. AC is now functioning while we wait for a replacement part, and our home should be cool until the heat wave is over in a few days. Great service by the technician.
- TLTim LemontJun 30, 20265.0Serviceman diagnosed the problem with our newly installed A/C unit from last fall. Apparently they were unable to perform the startup of the unit back then because the outside temperature was too low. The Serviceman filled the refrigerant to the correct level and calibrated the thermostat, which was reading too high of a level. I was very pleased with the work this Serviceman performed but I am disappointed that the Thielmann installers from last fall didn’t put on their schedule for this Spring to return to do the proper startup of the A/C unit.

Rudy came to give me an estimate and was super professional, took the time to explain the recommended equipment, was NOT pushy and made me feel comfortable moving forward with the install. James P came week later to install and everything went smooth. They cleaned up after themselves, the unit was placed perfectly and it all works great. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! Price was also excellent!
