We were dealing with issues involving the thermostat, motherboard, and Zone 1 and Zone 2 controllers, and Dan took the time to carefully diagnose everything, explain what was going on, and make sure the system was working properly before he left. He was friendly, patient, respectful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. It’s rare to find a technician who combines that level of expertise with such great customer service. We felt very confident in his work and really appreciated the care he put into getting everything resolved. Highly recommend Dan and Hurlburt HVAC. Excellent service from start to finish!
