    I had an old 1800s very ornate cabinet and mirror with beautiful solid brass faucet set , that had the hot brass side stem from 1800 finally wear the threads etc to thin to stop it from leaking. I had found Shawn when he came out to fix a different sink at my other 1800s home where he did a great job, I had brought along my bad stem to show him to see if he had any idea what company made the stems and where I could purchase a replacement. He took a photo and it showed it was a speakman valve from 1800s. He then went on line for me and located 3 right hand stems but no left hand. He sent me photos of what I needed and also possible replacement. Unfortunately I had no choice but to put in new faucets. He had to take the mirror and marble counter off , to remove the worn out plumbing and then discovered that old sink holes in marble top were to small for today’s plumbing, He said he could try to make the holes in the marble wider without cracking or damaging my old marble top. He did a beautiful job , and I would highly recommend your asking for Shawn to everyone, but especially to other historic home owners

    I had a AC problem at my business called and got scheduled. Technician came out checked said it was probably because of dirty coil heat buildup and it cut off the AC said should be fine now $275. Next day AC still didn’t work, scheduled another appointment then another technician came said it’s the thermostat that is probably broken but I just replaced it last year because the old one was 15 years old so it shouldn’t be that but he said it probably is and to replace it with new one $300. I said that’s too much I can buy one for $100 at home depot and I did and it still did not work. Called them back and told them it still wasn’t working and they had manager call me back saying they will no longer service me because I had did my own HVAC repair I’ve paid $275 nothing got fixed, never even find out what the problem was and jumps to the conclusion of $300 thermostat was the problem. What a ripoff company!! Never was about the money if you can get it fixed it’s a business establishment but how do you expect customers to keep paying while you’re technician on a wild goose chase. Called another company and it was a loose wire to AC smoke detector that they fixed it and now my AC is working.

    When it rains (or leaks) it pours. Within days of each other our hot water heater began leaking (20+ years old) & central air (15 years old) pooped out. I called Hurlburt on a Thur. for service calls today. Shawn arrived 1st (ahead of schedule!) & installed a new heater & replaced some worn out laundry room faucets. He was great- very personable, efficient, & professional. Mike B. arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed the AC issue (blown capacitor), & after replacing the part and some routine servicing & testing, had the unit up & running. Mike was also very personable, efficient, & professional. We're very pleased w/ today's experience, our 1st w/ Hurlburt. We're also glad we're now members of Hurlburt's annual maintenance program that provides regular annual HVAC checks & equipment replacement discounts.

    We contacted Hurlburt because we were in need of a new furnace and AC. From start to finish everyone that we had contact with was courteous and professional and answered all of our questions. Our salesman was ver knowledgable and listened to what our needs and budget were and worked hard to find the right options for us. The install team were outstanding and took the time to do the job right. Overall my wife and I are extremely pleased with every aspect of our purchase and instalation of the new furnace and ac unit. Thanks again!

    UPDATE "Being RUDE on the final last call after I just calling to ask doesn't sit right with me and telling me they will not cover ANY WARRANTY Work since they didn't install BE AWARE they do not cover warranty work if they don't install according to them or maybe it depends on how busy they are. This is why I CANCELLED after multiple approvals before this knowing they didn't install the system and brand name then calling me after 5pm to say nope nevermind no parts are under warranty with them because they don't want to deal with manufacturer and nothing will be covered mistakes happen i get it but replying to this review thinking I cancelled after they did all the hard work ridiculous I was a customer asking you said maybe ..... Called me back said yes.....then called me back again later to say nope in a rude tone like I am demanding something I wasn't I ASKED no apology for the mistake whatever I know who I won't be calling next time...... I got a Furnace and central air installed by a different company who were to busy to get to me right away for some warranty work. Called hurlburts they said they would get back to me and did said they could do the warranty work so I cancelled my appointment with the original company... A couple hours later a rude lady seemed angry at me for making an appointment with them and said they were not doing the warranty work unless everything is paid for make the people who installed it do the work. Not an apology we made a mistake we shouldn't of booked this tomorrow.
