  Zero communication. We had an appointment today at 6pm and right at 6pm they called and cancelled saying we were out of their service area. How would you not know that before making an appointment when you ask for the address?! We adjusted our work schedules etc to be there and this company didn’t give a crud that we have to plan too.

  We had our very old patio slabs lifted and angled away from our house after years of pulling water to the foundation. Jaden & Brad represented the company well, and did a great job! They were prompt, quick, and explained everything they did. I found them easy to communicate with and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work. Very happy.

  Unfortunately our experience is a mixed review. Haven’t had any issues since our sump pump and steel braces were places in 2023 but the overall experience wasn’t great. The guy that came for our estimate convince us to hire him on the side for the demo work before the actual team came later in the week. We move stuffed in our basement for him to do the demo work and asked him if what we did was good enough for the crew to do their work, he told us yes but when the crew came they said we hadn’t move enough and they’d have to charge us to move our stuff or we could pay a fee for their loss of day. When the work was done we realized they never put in the permanent dehumidifier, they did offer to come back but we did end up saying to cancel it. The following week they were supposed come back and lift our outside walkway to help with water pooling on side of the house were the flooding began they crew started calling my husband to ask him about drainage and other things we didn’t know the answers to, questions that I assume the crew should know how to do if we’re paying them to do it. We also found garbage from lunches outside on our lawn/deck which isn’t to much of problem however one was an open brownie and we have dogs. I want to recommend them because we haven’t had any issues but the overall experience makes me hesitant to use the in the future.
