  C.J. recently provided an annual maintenance of basement work at our home. He is knowledgeable and experienced along with being personable. C.J. provided a thorough report in person and in writing of his service and current condition/recommendations of support beams and sump pump which was initially installed by Sure-Dry a few years ago. Highly recommend this company and foundation repair specialist C.J.

  Zack was very professional, listened attentively to my issues with equipment purchased and installed last year, and very quickly resolved the situation with new equipment and patiently explained everything he did showing me the great results afterwards. He noticed the high humidity in my basement and provided a recommendation without the Sales pitch that really appealed to my logic and subsequently purchased that solution knowing I can continue to trust the products and services Suredry provides. He represented the company superbly!!! BRAVO Zack!!!!

  CJ was a fantastic representative for sure dry. He was extremely courteous, concise but thorough and took the tine needed for the annual maintenace performed. Everything was explained in detail along with future things to look out for and recommendations. He is a true asset to the company.

  Horrible experience. Originally just wanted cement drive and patio lifted. Big void on side of driveway. I then requested some downspouts be buried. I got sold a crack seal also which made sense. After cement was lifted they never filled the big void that was the original problem. Someone had to come back and just used some foam that I could of done from the side. Not top down. So I'm not to confident that much was really done with the rest of driveway. Down spouts had the wrong discharge cover installed on another day. Also they took away some leaf guards I already had and put in new ones. I said I wanted little longer pipes stretching away from the house in my estimate meeting but I was told I wouldn't need them. Well it turns out I did need longer ones as the hill contour doesn't work with the end caps. Completely frustrating and so many unnecessary calls and return visits for the price.

  I noticed my egress window appeared to be caving in. Wasn't sure who to call but I found Sure-Dry after some research. After an initial visit they let me know they could take care of the issue. The crew showed up and all 3 introduced themselves. Great group of guys. They explained the process and said my poured landscape curb shouldn't be a problem and got to work. Within two hours they had the old one dug out, new one installed and backfilled and the cover installed. I got some pictures and the install looked clean and nice. Getting home was a different story. Never in my life did I think Id be excited over a window well but these guys knocked it out of the park. Everything looked clean and tight and the stone pattern on the well looks and feels super premium. I cant say enough about the results I got from Sure-Dry, absolutely would recommend. With everything said and done my concrete curbing looked exactly the way it did when they got onsite. Exceptional work!
