They were polite, professional, and extremely hard-working - they even moved our furniture for us which was a big relief for my family and I. Thanks guys, we are highly satisfied and happy with the work you did!
- SSShirley SkoienJul 25, 20231.0Terrible service from salesman, Jeff, at Walgenmeyers. Went in April to place order and schedule June install in a rental unit. Informed Jeff time was of the essence, must install in June. No response to my followup phone calls so in May went into store. Jeff told me the vinyl that I had requested had been scheduled for another job. So I picked a different more expensive floor. Do to my experiences w/this salesman, I again checked in later May, (no responce, so again went into store). Jeff said the original vinyl I had requested was now available. I said "no", I need this job completed in June, I have been working with you since April". Installer did not install metal thershold in basement bedroom doorway. This was our third order/install with this Company. Don't think will use them again.
