  We are very glad we went with T.E. Company. 😁 They are professional, courteous, and they had a phenomenal bunch of people on our roof doing exceptional work (in that hot, humid weather, no less). Virtually everyone from T.E.Company was either ON TIME or EARLY, which is quite rare these days. We are very pleased with our new roof. Thank you Jermaine, Jeremy, Parker & the whole roofing crew! 👍

  We were very happy working with Wyatt and his men. They were reliable, communicative and respectful. They are like a fine-tuned orchestra working together on the project that took just 1 1/2 days to complete. They did a great job cleaning up and came back to touch up some scrapes on our PVC fence after the job was complete. My husband was extremely satisfied with the touch up on the fence. Wyatt and his team took great pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. And we are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  Jeremy and Parker just came out to inspect our roof and siding for hail damage. I was running late so I told them to get started without me. They got done fast and walked me around the house pointing out potential issues in the roof, siding, downspouts and windows, and gave me an idea on when I should be thinking about addressing said issues. I felt very comfortable throughout; there was no pressure to make a sale or sign a contract. I found it extremely informative. They are also two very cool dudes. I will certainly be calling them back to begin work when it is time to do so. Very much appreciate all the knowledge they shared.

  Excellent Experience with The Exteriors Company The Exteriors Company just replaced my roof. I was impressed with the process from start to finish. Sam Hommen, the Roofing Dept. Mgr., patiently answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable that I was ordering the best shingles for my home. On the day of the job, he came by to make sure everything was going well. Thomas (I don't know his last name but believe he was a Project Manager), was attentive to the job, making sure that I was satisfied with the process and that the roofing team had everything they needed. And the roofing team was impressive. It was a horribly hot day in the upper 90s, but you couldn't tell it by their work. They worked hard non-stop and the finished roof looks great. Roofing is a dirty job, but when they got into their vehicles to leave at the end of the day, my yard was totally clean. They did multiple sweeps to check for errant nails, including checking the nearby neighbor's yard. Thomas came back the next day to check the quality of the work and others on their team, Cade and Cal, picked up the extra supplies & did a second check for nails and to make sure my property was clean. I couldn't be happier with the job the team from The Exteriors Company did for me. I highly recommend.

  We've had a truly outstanding experience working with the Exteriors Company to get the hail damage repaired on our roof, siding, and gutters. BJ is our project manager, and after being provided almost no details of the damage by another roofing company all too eager to put a sign in our yard, we were blown away by BJ's knowledgeability and patience as he walked us around the house, pointing out the damage and answering our every question. A fellow employee, Justin taped up punctured roof vents we hadn't noticed. BJ attended when our insurance adjuster was out, ensuring everything was documented, and then worked within the settlement budget to help us upgrade our basic shingles to a Class 4 shingle, and roof ridge venting at no additional out-of-pocket cost. And if that wasn't impressive enough to earn any of our future business, the roofing crew that was lead by Parker was so incredibly capable, they were twice as efficient with half as many men as we've seen doing other roofs in the area, on the hottest day in July, and far from being miserable or rushing, they seemed focused and in good spirits. We were extremely happy to hear upfront the company had budgeted two days for the roof due to the heat, and hope the crew was able to enjoy the 2nd day off for still finishing in one. Even when we dropped by the office to drop off a check, we were treated with kindness and patience by the branch manager, when you'd think they'd otherwise swamped after such a huge hail event. It can be hard to know what kind of company you're going to get when you hire a new contractor, but all these experiences have earned our exteriors business for life. If you're in Madison, look no further.
