  I reached out to this company for a free roof inspection, and I was very impressed with the experience. The gentleman who came out was extremely helpful, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and, most importantly, he did not try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary work. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping the customer rather than just making a sale. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. I really appreciate the straightforward and trustworthy experience and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for roof inspection or repair services.

  I wanted to give a special shout-out to Jeremy Arrington from The Exterior Company for helping us during an emergency after the heavy rain and thunderstorms last weekend. We had previously contacted the company for a roofing estimate, so when my husband called Saturday morning about the leak, Jeremy responded immediately and arrived within 30 minutes. Despite the rain continuing on and off throughout the day, he carefully inspected all the affected areas inside our home, went into the attic, and then climbed onto the roof to identify the source of the leak. Once he determined the likely cause, he came up with a temporary solution and went back onto the roof in the pouring rain to make the repair. We truly cannot thank him enough for being there when we were panicked and needed both knowledgeable guidance and immediate help. As both a homeowner and a Realtor, I am always looking to build relationships with reliable contractors whom I can confidently recommend to my clients and others in the community. Jeremy was responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and genuine, exactly the kind of professional I would feel comfortable referring to others. I highly recommend Jeremy and The Exterior Company!

  The Exteriors Company did my roof and chimney. They were the only company that I could find that could do both, which was important to me. They did amazing work. Everything looks really great and has held up well so far a couple of months in. Everyone I dealt with was nice and took their time explaining things to me. This was my first time getting a new roof and I appreciated their patience since I was learning. I worked with Jeremy as my main contact with the company and the foreman on the day of the roof was Ryan. Troy was the mason. I don't know the names of the men who did the roofing, but they did it in about a day. All of them do the best work, they go above and beyond, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof/chimney. They are also highly rated on Better Business Bureau. They have been responsive after the work was completed as well with additional questions I've had. Prices are competitive too!

  Many thanks to The Exteriors Company for their excellent work replacing my roof this past summer. And a special thank you to their Rep. Adam for all his help. I had experienced both animal and hail damage in the April storm and Adam was exceedingly kind and patient in guiding me through the entire process from insurance to the finished roof. I also want to compliment Tom, the Project Manager, who supervised everything during the installation and clean up. He was helpful and informative in keeping me updated during the work process, and really detailed during the cleanup. I am still impressed that there was no nail or shingle debris left anywhere. I highly recommend this company. They were friendly, informative, helpful, and most importantly, did a great job.

  I'd hire someone else. We hired The Exteriors Company for weather damage repairs (roof, siding, gutters). The installation crew got the job done, but scheduling was very challenging, the work was sloppy, and the site was left messy. In general it was not the level of care I'd expect for the price. The overall experience managing this project was frustrating and required far more effort on our end than it should have. Communication was a persistent issue. We had to request email-only correspondence to keep a documented record, and even then, follow-through on commitments was inconsistent. Getting timely answers on scheduling, invoicing, and scope required repeated follow-up on our end. There were several instanes when emails went unanswered and questions unaddressed, including in the days leading up to the install itself. Perhaps most seriously, Exteriors Co team members damaged our landscaping (an ornamental tree, bushes, perennials, and other plantings) during the roofing work. The tree was damanged by a worker climbing it, which struck me as quite unprofessional. Getting this damage acknowledged and resolved took persistent pushing on our part. It was not something the company proactively addressed, and it took several rounds of emails and phone calls to come to a solution. If you decide to work with this company, document *everything* and keep everything in email/writing from day one. Keep a very close eye on cleanup and workmanship as they go, and be prepared to manage issues will to resolution yourself. I might recommend a company that spends less on billboards and TV spots and more on efficient project management, quality workmanship, and teams that are respectful of property.
