  Mark's is my go to plumber. We have had them out several times for small projects, at our current and previous property. Everyone who has shown up to the house has been friendly, helpful, and more than wiling to share their knowledge. They fix things in a timely manner, and the things stay fixed (unlike when I try to fix them myself.) I never relish having to call a plumber, but I like knowing Mark's is there when I need them.

  A+ service. This team is special from the owner to the service techs. We’ve used them over ten times between our commercial buildings and personal home, both small and large jobs, and continue to be impressed by the level of customer service they provide. Every person we’ve met on both the drain cleaning and the plumbing side have stood out in their care for the work they’ve done for us.

  They completed some plumbing work for a basement remodel project I’m working on and I was not satisfied with the work completed. They forcibly routed the drain lines through a stud wall that caused to stud wall to become misaligned. I asked them to pull an open pex line for a faucet I was going to install and the line was short by a few feet, causing me to have to add another section. They did not have good communication about the shower drain put in, causing me to have to re-break the concrete to tie in shower drain properly. Ultimately would not recommend them.

  I found this company via Reddit suggestions (recommended for their honesty, pricing, communication, etc.) and called regarding a question about my sump pump. It was continuously cycling and, because the previous owner had a basement flood issue related to the sump pump, we were extra anxious. The man I spoke with was extremely helpful and talked me through what it could be and how to assess the situation myself, educating me thoroughly without being condescending (which can be so rare in these situations, especially as a female calling for assistance). He clearly wanted to help me understand the sump pump as a homeowner and avoid paying for something that was unnecessary. They didn't come out but not because he wouldn't, as he said to call back if what we discussed didn't work. This experience easily could have been so much more negative, but because of how it went, we will absolutely be going to Mark's Reddi Rooter for any further plumbing services!!
