  I went back to mad city for my bathroom because they finish when they say. They clean up beautifully and they are so polite and so easy to work with! Thank you for another great job done. Now my kitchen and bath are the best spots in my house

  Did a walk in shower. Was very impressed with their explanation of how things would go. Very clean work. Plumber was very quick. One day install was perfect. I like how you can arrange shelves and rails to what you want.

  I’m am very very pleased with the work that was done. Joseph was an amazing person he explained the work and process of the project which made us feel very relieved. We had wanted this project done for so long. Mad city helped us a ton. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends. We are so grateful to have met mad city.

  Very expensive. My new shower is beautiful and the installers were exceptional. The pricing is steep and when a mistake was made, there was no attempt to make it up to me. Add ons are also expensive, and never offering deals to existing customers is a bad business model. Also, if you aren’t going to do full bathrooms, at least let me hire your installers on my own after I see with my own eyes how good of a job they do. You have top notch installers. Your products are excellent. Throw your existing customers a bone once in a while and either consider doing the whole bathroom or let your costumers independently hire your awesome installers. We can sign waivers

  Title: Unacceptable customer service and major disruption Rating: 1/5 Stars ⭐I hired Mad City Windows & Baths for a walk-in shower installation, and it has been a nightmare. After completion, it was discovered that the shower pan they installed was defective. Their only solution is to rip out the entire installation and start completely over, causing a massive disruption and inconvenience to my daily life. When I proposed a partial refund/financial accommodation to accept the current state and avoid the mess and stress of another demolition, they refused. They gave me an ultimatum: either accept a defective product as-is with no compensation, or let them tear my bathroom apart again. Their total lack of flexibility and disregard for the customer's time and convenience is unacceptable. I am beyond unhappy with how they handle their own manufacturing or installation mistakes. I will never use Mad City again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
