  Brandon is polite and efficient in his care of our A/C and furnace. He gives understandable explanations of his work and the best way for us to care for our heating and cooling systems. We are very pleased with his work.

  Harker installed a new AC unit as my house didn't have one. During the estimate they offered different options for units, explained the pros and cons of each, and during the install the techs were easy to work with and explained what they were doing when I asked questions about how the system works. I'm definitely happy with Harker!

  My wife and I recently purchased a new gas oven and the gas conduction needed to be connected to the new oven. I feel gas appliance connections are best left to the professionals. I called Harker Heating and AC. and they sent Emmanuel Pabon. It was Same-day service the day I called Harker, I was a Pleasantley surprise With the promptservice . Emmanuel Was familiar with the gas connection to the oven. After he made the connections he thoroughly tested for gas leaks. He leveled the oven and explain the operation of the oven to both myself and my wife. I Would strongly recommend Harker heating and AC and Emmanuel Pabon's for professional service on all of your gas appliance As well as your electric central AC.

  Sean and his assistant came today and installed a Furnace and AC unit in my house. They were very professional, kind and explained everything they were installing. They laid down protective sheets as to not mark up the house and then cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would highly recommend them. I also have to mention Dylan who gave us the estimate. So down to earth and didn’t act like a vacuum salesman. He was great at building trust through connection and competence.

  I had a great experience with Harker Heating and Cooling. Terrance came out to fix the AC unit in my condo, and he was excellent from start to finish. He showed up right on time, was professional and friendly, and got the issue diagnosed and repaired quickly. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. It’s not always easy to find service that’s both efficient and personable, but Terrance delivered on both. Highly recommend Harker and especially Terrance if you need HVAC work done.
