  I had an AC tune up and since I had recently bought this house I had a lot of questions about the furnace also. Abraham was great at answering them all and coming up with solutions. I will definitely use Dave Jones’s again

  Erik came to our home to assess our geothermal system that was not working. We asked him to put together pricing for a new unit. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with helpful information! We feel very comfortable going ahead with Dave Jones for installing and maintaining our new unit.

  We had a clog in our main sever line, but initially thought it was a a clog just in the garbage disposal line. Cory was patient and methodical. He came to the conclusion that it was a clog in the main line and recommended an alternative service that could do the job that he did not have the equipment to do. Dave Jone is our go-to service and we will use them again.

  We wanted to replace both our 21 year old furnace and air conditioner. We thought Erik was great at helping us understand the different options, sift out what wasn’t necessary and what we really needed. He was kind, patient and full of helpful information. Thank you, Erik and Dave Jones!

  Technician Erik Krebs was Outstanding! He listened to the issue, replaced the parts, answered my questions, all with a great attitude, and in a timely manner. The experience I had over the phone however with two schedulers was not great. I just bought this house, only moved in 3 weeks ago, house is a new build in 2025. My AC is not working. I asked if she could tell me if any repairs were required on the system in the last year, she said she would look into, but couldn’t promise anything. (DJ did the install so assumed they should easily have any repair history). She scheduled me with a 12-4 window originally. Next day another one called and asked me if they could change it to 8-12, I said yes, and received a confirmation text 1 minute later. When no one showed up by 11:55, I called. Said I’ve had no AC for 4 days, I accommodated “your” request to change the time window, and rescheduled my own commitments. Now you tell me I’m still scheduled 12-4, so don’t worry about it , it shouldn’t be a problem, and hung up, before I could even ask her if she wanted me to forward the confirmation text. Thank you Erik for making up for the not so great experience I had with the DJ schedulers. I understand people can have bad days.
