  Ryan came to my house last week to look at an issue with my dishwasher. He was great and I agreed with his assessment of the issue but he couldn't really do anything since he saw black mold on the wall behind the dishwasher. He also confirmed that the steam vent hose on my Fisher Paykal dishwasher drawer was not installed. I wasn't really surprised since I have spent years trying to figure out what was causing condensation under my cabinets as well as extensive damage in my drywall above the dishwasher ever since a Dave Jones plumber originally installed my dishwasher during a major kitchen remodel. The steam from the back of the dishwasher was apparently constantly spewing directly into the drywall and behind the nearby cabinets. I have hired many other plumbers to try to fix the issue without success and haven't used my dishwasher for almost a year. Now it looks like I may have to spend at least $20K to mediate mold damage and tear out my kitchen counter and cabinets to fix the issue. While Ryan and the people I have recently dealt with at Dave Jones have been very nice and helpful and obviously weren't responsible for the issue, this entire situation has been a nightmare and I expected more from Dave Jones.

  I had my AC serviced in preparation for the summer heat. Last fall I had my furnace serviced. Both times Zilvinas was the tech. He did an excellent job. Was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Dave Jones. I’ve been using them for years. Always excellent service.

  I am writing to report repeated unsafe and inconsiderate driving behavior involving a company vehicle associated with Dave Jones. The vehicle is a red Chevy Colorado (2014–2022 body style) with a topper and is often seen coming from Quarry Road in Belleville, Wisconsin. Over the past year, this driver has repeatedly pulled out onto the main road directly in front of moving traffic, forcing multiple vehicles to slam on their brakes to avoid a collision. This has happened several times and creates a serious safety risk. In addition, the driver often travels below the posted speed limit, causing unnecessary traffic delays. When other motorists safely pass the vehicle, the driver has responded by turning on high beam headlights rather than simply allowing traffic to continue normally. This pattern of behavior is dangerous, unprofessional, and reflects poorly on any company represented by the vehicle. A company-issued vehicle should be operated responsibly and with consideration for public safety. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

  I had Dave Jones out to replace the gate valves on my water main shutoff with ball valves, and to plumb in some new PEX for a washing machine and utility sink. The water main replacement was good, but I was irritated that for the utility sink and washing machine they installed new gate valves (which I'm trying to remove from my system). They also routed the hot water through the blue pex and cold water through the red pex. It's not the end of the world but it is sloppy and is going to confuse anyone besides me that is looking at it. Price was reasonable. Work looks professional but has those issues I mentioned. I'll probably try a different plumber next time because of this.
