We were told they would arrive between 12:30 and 3pm the same day or by 8am the following morning. 11am second day I called because they still hadn't showed up. I was told for sure by 3pm they would be here. No show, no phone call so I called again and was told they would be here the next day late morning (day 3) I cancelled.

Called again on 7-13 since I did not hear back from them. He told me he will get this to the scheduler and they would call me. I finally called another company on 7-15 since I have never heard from anyone at EZ Glide and they are coming out 7-16 to install my opener. I will never call EZ Glide for anything for door related issues at my house.

A car backed into the overhead garage door at our home and EZ Glide came out the same day I called them. I talked to Matt, who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful !!! EZ Glide was able to straighten our door, get it back on track and it actually glide smoother than it ever has!!!
