  Need a line run for a washer and dryer upstairs on the main floor. Luis came by to look things over and give an estimate. Luis was fun and personable as well as knowledgeable. He thoroughly looked things over, asked a couple of thoughtful questions, and carefully explained what needed to happen. He even went so far has to look up stackable washer dryer combos to make sure we're getting the lines that we need. I highly highly recommend in

  We had a wonderful experience with Master Services. Alex came by for routine maintenance, and we were able to address a few concerns about our aging furnace and central air unit. He jumped right in, thoroughly checked everything, and provided pictures along with helpful suggestions, without any pressure. After reviewing our options, we couldn’t beat the warranties Master Services offered or their competitive pricing, so we decided to replace both units, which were long overdue. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Master Services! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I really don't like being negative but I hope that put this out there will hopefully get me somewhere. My experience with Master Services has been mostly awful. There's been absolutely no communication along the way and the jobs I asked for weren't even completed the way I asked. The initial guy I was working with got fired, no one told me, nobody did the prep work so that delayed the job by weeks. By the time the job was being done I found out it was an entirely different job than I agreed to! They just changed it without even asking me. I wasn't going to leave a bad review but this weekend I found out that half of my home has the hot and neutral wires reversed. The first job I got from them was a home inspection and they didn't catch this?! Then I paid for a whole box replacement and they worked on two of these reversed outlets and didn't catch it then? Then I called them Saturday morning about this and they said someone would be out there that day. Nobody ever showed up and there was no communication that nobody was coming. THE SAME EXACT THING THEN HAPPENED THE NEXT DAY. Then I get a call Monday morning saying "asking for confirmation that you're home and ready for a technician". NOPE I am at work now after waiting all weekend for someone that I was told was coming each day. I am very frustrated and feel like I'm being given the runaround and being taken advantage of. I do not recommend Master Services. The people have been very nice but when everything else is this bad that just isn't enough. I'm also so tired of talking to Dane the AI assistant.

  I needed a plumber and an electrician to troubleshoot some problems at my home in Beloit, WI. Over the years I had tried others and was not satisfied so I gave Master Services a try. From the customer service person who took my call, listened to my problems and we made an appointment for that afternoon and the next day! Others were telling me it would be a month before they could come. The technicians arrived when they said they would, were informed and professional. After diagnosing the problems, they gave me an estimate and then got to work. They were friendly, respectful and again professional. The cost was not cheap, but a lot less than others who I have used. I will use them again when the need arises.

  Horrible Customer Service from Jose. I went online looking for some electrical work to be done and scheduled an appointment with them for Friday. When booking online I immediately got a call from there AI to schedule the appointment and to get the details of the appointment. After the call ended I got a text confirming the appointment and to text back with questions. Once Friday came at around noon I inquired to the time a technician would be coming to which I got a reply that they don't work on commercial. Confused I texted back this is a house and such. That's when things really went bad. Jose called me. Stated he had been calling a totally different number and that he thought it was a commercial building. I explained well you have my address and clearly not a commercial building to which he kept saying over and over that there is some completely other number associated with my account and he keeps trying to delete it which he was having trouble with. I kept asking well is a tech coming to which he just kept replying well I cant get this number deleted. This went on for a while till I finally got mad and said Jose is a tech coming today or not to which he said no. Well after that point the conversation just went further down hill. I asked to speak to a manager numerous times to which he would just say Ill send them a message and they will get back to you in 48 hours not including weekend. I obviously will never do any business with this company and would HIGHLY recommend you consider elsewhere as well.
