  Beware putting in a request for quote. Total now sits at 8 texts, 4 phone calls from a robot in Texas. Endless spam calls in the two days since I put my number in their system.

  Called to inquire about clearing roots in my sewer line. Standard job. Wouldn't give me any pricing over the phone. Told me that they'd need to assess first, costing $60. Scummy tactics.

  Technician, Arik, was very nice , very respectful and honest. He came right away after our call to take care our emergency. He fixed the issue. Felt the price for the pump we had to have replaced was way over priced

  I am so glad I got past the Chatbot and dealt with the Pro,s at MasterServices. Only discovered after the fact that I was sent a picture and profile of my tech. Brad was on time, professional, focused and efficient. I wanted to know if my sump pump worked and a leak in my tub fixed . The pump system had issues so I had Brad talk to the contractor and he was able to explain to me what had happened .I appreciate his willingness to do this to give me the info I wanted.Then it took him just a few minutes to fix a tub leak I had ignored easily a year. I was surprised at the price of the bill. .i will always recommend Brad Ploof and Master Services going forward. Thank you.

  Our boiler started leaking, and since it was over 20 years old, we knew it was time to think about replacing. We reached out to several companies but Master Services contacted us back right away and had a technician out the very next day for an estimate. Morgan walked us through everything. He explained what was wrong with our current unit and gave us clear options to repair or replace it. He took his time, answered all our questions, and his friendliness and communication really stood out. What really sealed the deal was learning about their 60-month, 0% interest financing. With the confidence Morgan gave us, we decided to move forward with a new high-efficiency boiler. Just two days later, Morgan and AJ came out to install it. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely great to work with. They made sure everything was done right and left the space clean when they finished. We are extremely happy with the results and feel great knowing this new system will save us money on utilities over time. We also signed up for their membership program, which is only $15 per month which includes four tune-ups a year and other benefits. This gives us peace of mind that everything will stay in top shape. As new homeowners, it means a lot to find a company that is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
