  Installed a walk in shower as well as three front windows for my mother Trudi Cromwell. They did a fantastic job and were detail oriented, professional, and honest. I would recommend to anyone!

  Not a good experience. Had to come back several times to fix issues that were not incorrectly/poorly on my mom's bathroom and still never did it correctly. I was considering using them and they got my contact info but chose not to because of how my mom's turned. I told them I was not interested and they have continued to call me many many times and will not stop even though I have asked them to. Horrible company to deal with

  We were sold on the windows because we were told less heat, cold and bugs would not get through. The heat from the summer sun is not as intense as our old window. As far as cold we haven't made it to that season yet. Since its October in WI we have Asian beetles everywhere in our living room where the huge double slider with picture window they installed is. The installers left a mess in my kitchen sink where they installed a casement window. They also never mentioned that we aren't supposed to open that window for couple days so it can settle. They cam back to fix it and its still so hard to lock like I have to push down extremely hard to lock it. The shims they put in to correct the window are hanging out so that when we put the new trim up it will have to be trimmed back as it sticks out farther than the window. The installers also had gotten caulk all over my kitchen cabinets. If I hadn't come home on my lunch hour it would have harden and the cabinets would have had caulk in the wood grain forever( whit caulk on brown cabinets). There was also caulk on my new screen for my huge sliding window in living room.

  Very unprofessional sales person. He came to Altoona, Wisconsin on September 29th. While trying to get back to the house while pushing garage cans, this sales person stopped the garbage cans to prevent going back to the garage so he could make his sales pitch, even though it was made aware we were not interested. Will not be doing ANY business with this company.
