  We recently completed a full bathroom remodel, and FFC coordinated everything from electrician, plumber, and drywaller. Ben worked hard to bring the vision together and was very respectful of our busy household. FFC responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We’re happy the bathroom is finished and it looks nice.

  Great company and excellent work! We wanted our hardwood floors redone and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! They are absolutely gorgeous! Fabulous company. Andrew, Tony, and team are easy and great to work with!

  Andrew was very prompt in returning our inquiry call. He understood our urgency in converting our old “cave” style tub into a handicapped accessible shower, and gave us an estimate on his initial visit. We were able to choose our shower and faucets for the vanity from samples he had available, and he accompanied us to the showrooms to choose the flooring, countertop and sink. FFC utilized the best possible materials, even upgrading items they found were better quality during the installation. There were a few delays in receiving materials and scheduling installations, but all delays were promptly communicated and rescheduled. Any concerns were addressed and finished to our satisfaction, even when it was an addition we made. It was a huge load off our shoulders having Andrew and Alex line up all the services necessary for completing our project. We appreciate you!

  Firm Foundation provided excellent and honest service from the start of our home remodeling project until completion. It started with no pressure and knowledgeable salesman, to high quality work, with clear communication throughout the project. As with most home repairs there were a few unknowns that surfaced and a few hick-ups that were resolved quickly. They made sure we were completely satisfied with their work before concluding the job and the finished project exceded our expectations. There were no additional costs, the price quoted was the price completed. I highly recommend using Firm Foundation for your next home improvement project.
