When we moved I knew beforehand we had to get this window replaced to meet my daycare licensing standards of an egress window. What I did not know is how big of a pain in my ass it was going to become. I was ghosted by my original contractor, tried to find a new one (received an absolutely OUTRAGEOUS qoute after they were out here THREE times to measure the window)- decided after the first time they were out here that I had zero confidence in their abilities and would not be using them regardless of what their quote came back as. I also contacted countless other companies/people who were booked WAAAAAY out or just didn’t respond and I needed this done asap. However I was given a recommendation from a family member and thanks to Firm Foundation Construction, I FINALLY have my window! They were incredibly easy to work with, VERY fast to get someone out here to measure (correctly the first time I might add) and gave me a very reasonable quote. They were all professional and easy to work with. The only wait time I had was for the window to be ordered and delivered. Install was super fast, and I’m SO HAPPY to finally have this and move on with my life 🤣 All this to say, I highly recommend using firm foundation construction if you need something done!

We are so happy we chose Firm Foundation for our new siding, windows, patio door and gutters. After a hail storm and dealing with insurance, they were the only company we talked to that didn't want to just look at our insurance quote and hike that up, but instead provided a competitive estimate and were willing to work within our budget. Their communication and project flow was excellent! They handled all aspects of the project and with zero high pressured sales! I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will be happy to use them for future projects (that hopefully don't involve hail!). Thank you FFC!

We recently completed a full bathroom remodel, and FFC coordinated everything from electrician, plumber, and drywaller. Ben worked hard to bring the vision together and was very respectful of our busy household. FFC responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We’re happy the bathroom is finished and it looks nice.

Andrew was very prompt in returning our inquiry call. He understood our urgency in converting our old “cave” style tub into a handicapped accessible shower, and gave us an estimate on his initial visit. We were able to choose our shower and faucets for the vanity from samples he had available, and he accompanied us to the showrooms to choose the flooring, countertop and sink. FFC utilized the best possible materials, even upgrading items they found were better quality during the installation. There were a few delays in receiving materials and scheduling installations, but all delays were promptly communicated and rescheduled. Any concerns were addressed and finished to our satisfaction, even when it was an addition we made. It was a huge load off our shoulders having Andrew and Alex line up all the services necessary for completing our project. We appreciate you!
