  This was our first time using Bob’s. The technicians that came to do the routine maintenance on our HVAC were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were running early for our appointment and called us to see if it was ok to come before the time that was given to us at scheduling. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

  After 32 years it was time to replace old reliable. Contacted Bob’s for a quote and they stopped out the next day. Best quote I received with no push to upsell and even talked me out of some things. Installation was scheduled and went off without issue even when working around a curious puppy. Very satisfied and would say give them a call.

  Bobs Quality Heating and Cooling installed my furnace in January and ac recently. The furnace installation went very smoothly and the ac installation was also done very well. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. The only area that could be impoved is communciation from the office regarding arrival times and schedule updates. The crew was a little late because of a previous job ran longer than expected which I understand, but clearer communciation would have been appreciated. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent and I am very happy with both installations. I would recommend Bobs Quality Heating and Cooling to others.

  Don came out to take a look at my furnace/blower motor after it decided to quit on me right as we were heading into the hottest part of summer. Naturally, my wife made it very clear that “taking care of it” was no longer a suggestion. Don had the issue figured out in about 10 minutes and gave me a very fair price to fix it. I had another company come out as well, and their quote was literally four times higher — which made me wonder if they were replacing the blower motor or installing a jet engine. Don was honest, quick, professional, and easy to work with. It’s hard to find companies that feel trustworthy right away, but Bob’s definitely earned my business. I’ll be using them from here on out for any and all HVAC needs.
