Our furnace had a dripping problem over the weekend and we initially had a video call with him to temporize the problem. Today he came and fixed everything efficiently and cheerfully. He carefully explained things to me so I could understand despite my problems with mild cognitive decline. I appreciate his work and careful work so much!
