  Simply the best. I researched and got quotes from multiple companies for a cedar fence behind our 1935 Landon stone home. For just a small premium Yutka provided the most knowledgeable salesperson (with insightful design ideas), thicker slats, larger posts, deeper posts, braced gates, and superior quality because much cut/assembled at their manufacturing facility. And then the installation team was extremely knowledgeable and quality conscious. So glad we chose Yutka!

  Abraham and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new fence, plus removing & hauling away our old fence! I would highly recommend them. The only snafu was communication from scheduling as we were given a 2 hour arrival window which was delayed by 4 hours with no notice from the company. They did apologize, however, and did not charge us extra for some additional work that needed to be done. I would definitely use them again.

  End to end excellent service and highly recommend. The estimate was thorough and Luke highlighted options around giant pine tree and others trees as well as different fencing options. The back office people were extremely nice in working through the process. Brandon did a great job keeping me informed of the schedule which was also great. Very responsive to all my emails and questions. The installation was fast and thoughtful. Jose led the project and he consulted me as needed when questions came up. They didn't rush the job, they wanted to do it right and they did. Fence looks great!

  Currently waiting for a crew from Yutka to come back a second time to fix issues from the first (many times delayed) install. Many other folks discuss having to call multiple times after the sale and deposit to get an install estimate... this was the case with us as well. Finally when we got someone to get back to us with an install date it was rescheduled FOUR times (once at 7:45 when they were meant to be here at 8am) so frustrating when you have neighbors and a dog and work to consider. The installation itself had to be broken into two days because of rain (of course... not their fault) but the crew asked us to find a tarp for the wood so it wouldn't be stolen from our front yard? Then we got a call after installation that the gate was installed upside down (to their credit they proactively saw this and offered to fix it) ... however, same story here... multiple reschedules before they came out and got it done. After the gate was "fixed" they left chunks of concrete from when they had to redo the gate in our yard, in addition to the gate not closing properly. Had to call and text multiple times again to get them to schedule a time to come fix it. They did give us a 4% discount (ahem)... that was Monday. It's now Saturday (when they said they would be here) at 5pm and both my husband and I have texted and called asking for a time/update with no answer... terrible experience. The last person I talked to literally said, "well... what do you want us to come out and pick up the broken concrete and put soil down?" (Sarcastically)... um...yes! Since its there from your error! Who knows how long how long we will need to get our fence actually finished correctly. Also... while we were waiting for them to come back and fix the gate the office coordinator called and left me a voicemail confirming they were going to pull the second half of payment from my bank account (before the job was finished correctly!!) I had to quickly call back and say that there was no way I was paying until the job was done correctly.... still waiting...
