Every interaction from that point on was extremely pleasant and helpful in making our choice for reflooring our entryway and laundry room. When Izzy came to do the installation (took three full days as there was a lot of prep work needed on our 80-year-old house) he was the friendliest and most efficient and competent craftsman we've ever had work on our house. All in all a very impressive project. We're extremely happy with the result. Thanks a bunch!
- ESErich SchmidtJul 31, 20261.0Bad installers. The salesperson even said he would be unhappy if the carpet was installed that way in his own home. Every seam is rock hard; the only real fix is to cut them out and replace the carpet. They offered a $300 discount on a nearly $6,000 install to live with the hard seams. Installers were seen throwing large carpet rolls out of a second-floor window and left them on the grass long enough to kill it. They also brought a child to help work on the house. Completely unprofessional. Stay away.
