They have done work for me twice now, and both times the results have been exceptional! I’ve trusted Matt’s crew to come into my home while I wasn’t there, and they have been nothing but professional, trustworthy, and respectful every time. They do an amazing job, are fast and efficient, leave everything clean, and their prices are very affordable. It’s honestly hard to find a company you can trust this much while also getting such great results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my carpet needs. Highly recommend Matt and his crew! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed my living room carpet re-stretched. Sent an email, received a response, scheduled a date, and done, all withing 5 business days. The end result is great, and I paid a very reasonable fee for the labor and skill involved. Everyone was happy except our cat. Nice people to work with, 5/5

The installer did an amazingly professional job! I especially appreciated his attention to detail. The Fabrica aAccolade carpet is gorgeous and soft under foot. I continue to purchase from carpets plus outlets and I’m never disappointed.

You were recommended to us by a friend so we gave you a call and Matt came out to look at our situation. Every interaction from that point on was extremely pleasant and helpful in making our choice for reflooring our entryway and laundry room. When Izzy came to do the installation (took three full days as there was a lot of prep work needed on our 80-year-old house) he was the friendliest and most efficient and competent craftsman we've ever had work on our house. All in all a very impressive project. We're extremely happy with the result. Thanks a bunch!

Bad installers. The salesperson even said he would be unhappy if the carpet was installed that way in his own home. Every seam is rock hard; the only real fix is to cut them out and replace the carpet. They offered a $300 discount on a nearly $6,000 install to live with the hard seams. Installers were seen throwing large carpet rolls out of a second-floor window and left them on the grass long enough to kill it. They also brought a child to help work on the house. Completely unprofessional. Stay away.
