  Thanks so much for the no hassle service. Aaron K was very helpful in getting us information and creating an order without pressure to buy and in a timely manner. The area rug we purchased was even more striking when we laid it out in our home. The pad was cut to size to fit under the rug, a detail Aaron included in the order. Thanks Rich& Yvonne

  We had the most wonderful experience working with Bruce Ludwig at Carpetland USA Flooring Center in Kenosha and his installation crews. Bruce spent a considerable amount of time diligently working with us on our flooring options for our 2 projects. He is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge about materials and products, and has a keen eye to help us with our color selection. Additionally, Bruce is very personable and a genuinely thoughtful and caring person who really wants the best for his clients. White-glove service all the way! Highly, highly recommend working with Bruce Ludwig at Carpetland USA for your flooring needs! You will not be disappointed!

  These guys are great! We came in looking for a *really* small amount of flooring, and had several considerations that we needed addressed, which made us far from the ideal customers for a sales rep. That didn't stop Bruce from going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and provide some great ideas. He spent plenty of time walking us around the show room and making us feel at home, while treating us as if we were just as valuable as any other potential customer. What an awesome experience. Thank you, Bruce! Very honorable mention to sales reps Jerry and Anthony, as well. While Bruce was looking some things up for us, Jerry took the time to show us another product, and Anthony assisted us over the phone at a later date. They treated us as if we were their clients. We really appreciated the teamwork. Carpetland has access to a LOT of great options. Vinyl, engineered hardwood, and cork were some of the options that we considered while there. Ultimately, we wound up going with a product from a direct-to-consumer manufacturer online that perfectly suited our unique needs, but I got the sense that Carpetland could source just about anything that any other retailer could, and they had quite a bit of inventory in stock or nearby. The prices quoted were also very competitive. This is a long review, but I felt compelled to recognize such great service. If you are looking for new flooring in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend that you give Carpetland Kenosha and Bruce (or Jerry and Anthony!) a visit.

  My experience with carpetland was the absolute best. They let me take home probably too many samples to make sure I got the perfect floor. Their timeline was extremely quick and they gave us several ideas of what we could do to save money on the project. Big shout out to our installer. It was very obvious he was a pro and did such a great job. LOVE my floors. Thank you so much!
