- BKBob KalasMay 19, 20251.0Found out these guys didn't use the legal description of my property (i.e. the legal description in the property deed on file with the county). We thought we were within the 30 foot setback necessary for an addition. Turns out Meridian was off by 3 feet! on our back property corners. Now were trying to get an after the fact variance from the city which is a nightmare. We literally might have to tear the last 3 feet of the addition off. Meridian's response was to deny that they did anything wrong. I can't NOT recommend them enough.
