Called in and spoke with Dan and sent him pictures, and he sent out a couple very personable technicians that same afternoon and they replaced it in such a short period of time! Quick service and reasonable priced! One of the techs gave us some tips for maintaining our new water heater and we're so grateful for the service!

They originally tried to help us fix our old water softener ourselves over the phone, then when it finally broke, they honored their original quote and had the new one in in a week. Definitely will be working with them in the future!
