  Addie came highly recommended by others in our new development and after our interaction with Dan D today we can understand why! Dan was friendly, did a comprehensive visual evaluation of our water system, and put together a detailed quote and explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions! He also explained all the warranty information as well!!! Without hesitation we said YES!!! And, they go above and beyond and will deliver and load up the system with the salt crystals as needed (for a modest fee of course). Oh, and we got the VIP treatment! Dan was able to get our install scheduled much sooner than originally expected! Thanks Dan!!! Thanks Addie!!! We look forward to our new install and having nice soft water!!!

  I don't usually leave reviews, but after listening to two men from Addie Water YELL, laugh at, and talk down to my mother-in-law on the phone, I felt it worth sharing. She was inquiring about the leaking water heater they incorrectly installed 6 years ago (based on state law her attorney reviewed). They say they have no doubt it was installed correctly, even though they refused to send us the plumbing code they were citing. They told my mother-in-law that she was added to their list of "problem customers" and would never work with her again. They continued to interrupt and talk over her and said she had 5 seconds to make a decision (on whether or not she would pay them to have the issue fixed) or they were hanging up on her. As a handyman myself, it disgusts me to hear business owners treat their customers this way, especially women. It seems from other reviews that she is not alone in her experience. These men clearly do not have their customers best interest at heart, and would do well to remember they are in the service industry. I hope they will take this seriously and change course. I also hope they will share the section of the state plumbing code they were citing. Lastly, if you've read this, you will trust what I've heard and experienced and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

  Technician Cody and Terry Addie on the phone were both excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the new water softener. It's great to work with a local, family owned business.

  Dan and his partner showed up on time and got right to work. The work was done quickly and Dan explained how the water system worked and how to maintain it. They listened to my questions and gave clear complete answers. I highly recommend Addie and Dan.
