    Technician Erik K. Was courteous, looked at 3 issues, described what was needed clearly, offered suggestions, quoted prices, and we agreed to replace a dripping wall faucet, my biggest concern. I was very happy with the results and would not hesitate to collabs this company in the future. And my other issues can be dealt with by a family member when convenient.

    We recently had a few dozen recessed ceiling lights switched out from very old incandescent lights to new LED lights. Our Electrician, Austin Miller originally came to find out why the old lights kept popping a breaker. It was determined on of the lights had completed its useable life and would need to be replaced. We don't know how old the lights are, but we've been here for 27 years, so they are old. We decided to have that room changed out. He came back with his assistant Roger. Both really terrific young men. We were very comfortable having them in our home. They got the old lights out and the new in quickly and without any problems. We liked the new lights so much we asked about having all the other rooms done. They tossed the proposal to a supervisor, who came back with an offer we didn't want to refuse to have 33 more lights installed. We are delighted. Austin and Roger did a great job, were very neat, cleaned up after themselves, and were a pleasure to have around too! We are hoping not to have any more electrical issues, but we know if we do, we will call Mr. Hollands's and we will request Austin and Roger.

    Our experience with Mr. Holland's has been entirely positive. Scheduling and communication with Tasha was very helpful, and the plumber assigned to our job, Erik K., was absolutely lovely! In addition to being incredibly pleasant to deal with, he was able to accurately diagnose our problems, install a new water shuttle off valve, and was also able to preserve our existing fixture (per our preference) with a toilet rebuild. Furthermore, Erik was very patient with our multitude of questions and gave clear explanations of what was needed. Service was prompt, the job itself much faster than I had imagined, and the work area left clean and tidy. Best of all, we are confident that we'll be happily flushing well into the future! Five stars and a big thank you to Erik, Tasha, and the Mr Holland's team! Highly recommended!

    Came out to my house to look at fixing a pipe that froze and popped on my spigot. When they got to my house all they did was take a photo of the issue then proceed to tell me that they don’t have what’s needed to fix the issue. After about 5 minutes I was told it would be $89 for just showing up and taking a picture and that the replacement cost was going to be $1200. I found and replaced the spigot myself as it was as simple as removing the burst pipe and putting a new one on.

    My experience with Mr. Hollands has been that they do not call customers back, they are unprofessional, and they have incredibly poor internal communication. I’ve left messages with customer service agents, and there is no follow through. I don’t know if the messages get lost or if nobody at the company cares to call back. I have made attempts to work out my issues with management, and I haven’t received any calls back. I would highly advise using Mr. Hollands for any large projects that require them to follow up with you, or require them to communicate with other parts of the company. I trusted them to install an entire HVAC system (furnace and A/C) and it has been an overwhelming, unpleasant, frustrating experience. I would give one star, but I’ve had pleasant experiences with customer service agents and most technicians. 1) I had to cancel my original appointment for someone to come out and look at my furnace because he was running over an hour late and I was the last call. I never received a call to reschedule this appointment. The only call I received was a few days later from dispatch letting me know I was the next stop for the technician. 2) When I was picking out my HVAC system, I was told by the gentleman presenting the options that they would throw in a free vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. He said someone from the office would call to schedule those appointments. That was the last week of February, I still have not received a call. This was a selling point for me, so them not following through on this is incredibly frustrating, and I feel like it was a shady way for them to sell me on going with them. 3) Once the HVAC system was installed, the install technicians walked me through the system and everything seemed fine. I got home later that night and the house was 78 despite the thermostat being set to 68. This issue was fixed in a timely manner, but I’m confused on how the wiring was messed up when I had 3 (maybe 4?) technicians and an electrician working on the install. 4) I was told I would be given deferred interest for 18 months if I decided to finance. The gentleman helping me pick out my furnace said the install technicians would finalize the interest when they install the equipment. Once the technicians were wrapping up, I asked about this and the tech said he doesn't know anything about financing and someone from the office would call to confirm. Nobody called. I got my paperwork and I was set up for 8.99% interest for 10 years. I called Mr. Hollands four times before I got a call back on how to fix this. 5) The first time I tried to turn on my AC, it didn’t work. The original technicians never left a note in my file that it was too cold for them to perform the start up of my air conditioning. I was also never informed that this would have to be another appointment. 6) The first technician that came out to fix the AC showed up in the “smaller truck” and didn’t have the correct equipment to fix it. He said the office would call to schedule someone else to come out to look at it. Once again, nobody called. I had to call to get another person sent out here. I had to go over a warmer, muggy weekend without being able to use my AC because of this. 7) I made two attempts to talk to someone at Mr. Hollands about my experience, I have not received a call back. The first attempt was 4/14, he said they would call back “today or tomorrow”. The second attempt was 4/22 and the customer service agent stated she took down all of my points and would send them off. It is 5/7 and they STILL have not returned my calls. (Edited to add proof that I’m a paying customer)
