Call Someone Else. I schedule a furnace inspection and was told it would be 3 weeks until they could come which I understood and scheduled the appointment. I called on the morning of to make sure they would still be coming and was told they could not come today and I would now need to wait another TWO months before someone could come to my house. Pick someone else who will make it right it they need to reschedule and make you a priority.

No Star Nothing Positive to say, however, I NEED TO INFORM POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO SEEK ADDITIONAL OPTIONS BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACT! Before Jared (the technician from Mr Holland) came to my home, the service was functional. After they Red Tagged my gas line, it was not. (See Photo) Thankfully J&H Heating was able to come out the next day and remove the LockOut, informing me that nothing was wrong with the ducts, gas line, exhaust, or infeed. Mr Holland provided me with an estimate repair of $7800. J&H only charged the standard service call fee. Thank you J&H for clearing the air. Pun Intended.

Holy AI quagmire! I tried calling 3 times and kept getting routed to their AI agent who struggled immensely to understand what I was asking, and then it got fixated on scheduling an appointment to get me a simple price quote. Finally, once I tried to agree to a date, the AI kept asking if I was there and then saying it would check that date when I responded. I finally gave up. Now I am getting texts from the AI agent. I called one last time and asked to speak to a person. The AI said they would transfer me and it rang for a couple minutes before I gave up. UPDATE: I got a voicemail a short time later and called back and the person was super helpful raising this up from 2 Stars to 4! I will hopefully be able to update to 5 stars after the service is complete.

Andrew came to look at our furnace that wasn’t working. He was great. He showed me what was wrong and explained the situation. He was polite and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The entire Mr. Holland's team was incredibly flexible and great to work with. Angelo, Matt, Kyle, Noah, and Brian were all great people to work with. They helped manage a LOT of complications and changes to the work we needed on our full HVAC system, even in a short time. They were honest and quick to communicate on things I needed. Great job team!
