We had a new storage shed designed and constructed. The consults and design started in the 3rd quarter of 2024. Permits were then attained and the excavation started late in 2024. The shed and rough grading were completed by July of 2025. Overall the entire process went well. We were able to work through any of the obstacles that came up. The sales consultant/project manager - Ethan - was a pleasure to work with. The hands-on construction supervisor - Tim - took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Quest Electrical, Shaefer's Soft Water, and Joe Henrichs Concrete Concepts LLC were also extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely do business with them all again.

Far exceeded expectations! The building crew was knowledgeable, polite, engaging, and efficient. They were always on time, professional, and seemed to like what they do! Morton was able to handle our insurance claim situation without any reservations or issues. One grateful customer here!
