- ASAllen Schmid3 days ago5.0Had an issue with our transmitter that is inside our shop. Called for service/info. The folks on line had us scheduled for a tech to come out the next day. Once here Brandon looked over, tested the equipt. Determined the only issue was our transmitter, wiring and colors tested fine. He suggested I look for our install paperwork, which we had, and it was determined our replacement was covered under warranty! Once replaced Brandon checked our system near our driveway and found it to be functioning but had to make a change to our underground wire hookup inside the shop. All good now and as Brandon explained things he asked if we had any other Q's. Great, efficient work. Thanks.
