The installation of our new garage door went smoothly, and the workmanship was excellent. They paid attention to the details, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and made sure we were happy with the result. We absolutely love our new garage door! It looks great and gives our home a fresh, updated look. We would highly recommend R.H. Fischer Overhead Door to anyone looking for quality work and a company that truly cares about its customers. - DPDon PomeroyMay 19, 20262.0Communication was excellent and was able to get job scheduled quickly. The door quality itself seems to be decent. Everything following this though was not pleasant at all and would make me not recommend this company to anyone. Installer showed up 2 hours later then quoted arrival time. Wasn't very personable at all. Door was installed quickly, which is a plus. Then when he was finished he walked up to my door with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and when I was asking him questions he seemed annoyed and irritated like he didn't want to be there anymore and was in a hurry to leave. My service door was covered in grease after the install and the panels themselves were covered in some type of sealant or caulk, which looked like scratches. Middle spring support bar also looks like it was pieced together with a ton of self tapping bolts sticking out. I took pictures of this and emailed the company and was told, thanks for the feedback, we will pass it on to the owners. I never heard from anyone after that. Not even an apology was given. For the money spent on this door, this should have never been an issue.
