  We were able to get our AC looked at within 2 hours of calling! Joel was very friendly, professional, explained what he was doing and seeing at each step during his visit, talked through all the options with us and gave us up front pricing. We received exceptional service and would recommend them to anyone!

  Scheduling after hours was super easy, I made my appointment for the next morning. Patrick called 25 minutes before he arrived and was friendly and very respectful of my home/property. He had the issue diagnosed and resolved it quickly, a new capacitor was needed. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, and he even offered to come back to double check it after the rain stops if it's not cooling the house. Thr air blowing out of my vents is ice cold now so I'm happy!

  Patrick did a great job. He found the issue that was caused by a poor pryor installation and fixed it. Great tech to work with.

  Second day of the heat wave and my AC unit outside seem to be struggling by morning I knew something was wrong . I called for help from 1 Heating & Plumbing and was very satisfied, they diagnosed a part that needed to be replaced and had my AC up and running within one hour.
