  Austin took on the task of installing a new furnace and air conditioning for our home. It was a small cramped area but he handled the job professionally and efficiently. He was particularly mindful of not interfering with our use of the rooms adjacent. He and his assistant took pains to ensure that I understood what had been done and they walked me through instructions on operating the units. Their clean-up the area was perfect. I give these professionals 5 stars plus. I’m so glad we had Hurlburt do the work for us.

  Mike came out on an extremely hot Sunday afternoon. He spent a couple hours trying to figure out how to save an expensive thermostat that was installed in our home we had purchased 2 days prior. He ended up having to change it out as it wasnt compatible. His truck was loaded with everything he needed, so no waiting for parts, or having to schedule another appointment to get it fixed. Mike was knowledgeable, professional and an all around nice guy. For a Sunday call, it was less than 300 to fix the problem. They dont have extra fees for weekends. Which was great and unexpected. I highly recommend Hurlburt to anyone needing heating or cooling issues looked in to. Great company and great techs!!

  Hurlburt has been my go-to service provider for the last few years. This week Caleb S. was out to unclog the floor drain in my garage. He did a great job and went over and above expectations. Specifically, the initial sand removal was straightforward although he encountered a problem past the p-trap in the drain. This caused him to spend considerably more time at my home than was initially planned. Yet he only charged the initial quote and not for the extra time. Great service!

  Mike was an absolute professional! He was helpful, pointed out areas that were lacking in our changing of the filter and issues with obstructions in the AC unit. He was clear, very respectful and gave positive directions to prevent issues in the future. I can recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I also want to acknowledge as well Hurlburt for the very clear and professional communications. And the contact person was very clear and helpful. We will follow up with Hurlburt in the future for any and all HVAC needs. Don Raymond

  I finally decided enough is enough and it was time to replace my old furnace and AC. The existing system came with the house when we purchased it about a decade ago. After getting multiple quotes from a number of different HVAC companies in the area, we decided to go with Hurlburt based on their product offerings, price, and my interactions with their service department. My sales rep was respectful, prompt, and thorough. I felt confident that he understood my needs and wants and tailored his quote accordingly. Coordinating the installation was an absolute breeze. The installers showed up on time and worked incredibly hard to make sure my system met my needs. They did an awesome job and were incredibly helpful and patient with any questions I had. While I haven’t had to call the service department for repairs yet, based on my initial exploration and speaking with them, I feel very confident that the great service I got at the beginning of the sale will carry through to any future support I might need. Not all companies are alike. If you’re considering new equipment or need to have your current system serviced, Hurlburt comes with my highest recommendation.
