We are extremely happy with our experience with Ideal Custom Flooring. We used them to install carpet in our new construction home. They did an excellent job with communication both with getting back timely and answering any questions I had which was especially important since I was coordinating with them from another state. They had the best price, we had no issues on the install, and so far we have been very satisfied with the carpet and pad. It sounds silly, but the carpet is so nice it's one of our favorite parts of the home.
