There were even a few surprises when the work was actually done and I didn't get charged for (but could have been). That said, next time, I will shop around a bit to ensure I'm getting competitive pricing. The work was all plumbing related - faucet & shut-off valve replacements, etc.
- DNDavid NeuswangerMay 6, 20265.0Our service technician, John Johnson, did an extraordinary job of replacing or repairing several worn out frost-free water spigots in our home. After watching how John skillfully employed several special tools and custom parts, I was glad I did not attempt to do this myself. John did an exemplary job of accessing the inside components with minimal disruption to drywall, and then installed attractive cover plates to serve as access panels for future replacements. From the initial visit (cost estimate) to the 3-hour repair visit, John was friendly, timely, communicated well, was respectful of our home, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was complete. We could not have asked for a better experience to successfully make these tricky repairs. We would give John 6 stars if a sixth star was available!
