  I love my water system and the technician Jeff was very nice and helpful. The only reason I’m giving them this review is because when I purchased this system that was $8,000 + they didn’t insulate the pipers or tell me about how I would need that and that’s something extra cost or I have to do myself. As a first time home buyer that info would have been nice to know that the whole system in the summer would sweat and create puddles of water in my basement. I do have a dehumidifier and it was not enough to help that. The tech came out and told me I needed to insulate it myself or pay extra for it. I had to buy the sweat sleeves separately that were $276. I’m disappointed that no one told me or suggested that I would need these extra things done. As a first time home owner I trusted the sales person and technicians that installed it to give me exactly what I needed for the amount of money I spent. I just feel like that is bad business on their part.

  John arrived on time and listened to the upgrades we wanted. He then reviewed each area and provided his assessment as well as other options. He gave us an estimate for the primary upgrades and each option. We were pleased to learn that he could complete all the work that same day. John did a great job and was a true professional.

  Aquarius really respects the customer’s time. I like the tracking feature so I know how far away the tech is. Jeff was one of the most informative techs from any company or service we use. He took the time to answer any questions and explain things in customer friendly terms

  Jeff was excellent, as always. Very friendly and informative. After the system's routine check-up, he spent time reviewing the ages of the various system components and what I could expect going forward as the system continues to age. Very helpful informtaion.

  Scott did an excellent job. Was friendly and went right to work inspecting our HVAC system. Fixed what we needed and gave me a list of recommendations with estimates for the rest of his findings. I would recommend to anyone who has just moved into a home and is looking for a baseline of the condition of the HVAC system.
