Very Friendly delivery young man. Due to an earlier business that wasn’t open he called and came early to our house. He did a great job.

We have worked with G&F 3 times already since owning our new home and had nothing but positive things to say about them personally and their work expertise! Willing to educate and walk us through everything they’ve done and answer all questions we’ve had! Thanks again! definitely a returning customer!

Your tech was absolutely on spot. We have had several techs and I would have to say he was kind and thorough. He was the best. Not that the others were bad. Thank you.

Craig’s initial presentation describing softeners and the company was professional and compelling making it apparent Guthrie and Frey was the best quality and price of estimates we compared. Within 2 days Max installed our new softener with a quality job and informative summary. We appreciate the great experience.

Great experience having water softener installed. Max was prompt and efficient, and explained everything to me. Water softener was installed in no time, and old equipment hauled away. I would recommend them to anyone!
