  Johanna was great and very kind. She fixed our issue quickly, explained what was going on, and even left a tool for me to use to remove the filters myself in the future. Great experience and I have always been happy with the overall service provided by G&F.

  Anthony from Guthrie & Frey was on time, so pleasant, engaging, and respectful, communicated and answered my questions well, was thorough in his work, and honest about what he could fix and what he couldn’t. He made adjustments to some of the charges based on what he actually could do. Loved our interaction and would request his service again!
