  Phase 1 diagnose and develop plan. Hot water boiler system with an air leak. Working up estimate. Rich was great at finding the issues on old piping. Estimate is under development.

  I've used Dave Droegkamp for nearly 2 years and at first was very satisfied with their furnace and AC maintenance. However this last service call was beyond disappointing. The technician told me that a part for my AC was close to failing and recommended replacing. He said that he was new to the job and his truck wasn't fully stocked, otherwise ordinarily it's a part that all trucks carry on hand. He promised to have the office call me to schedule a return visit to install the part. He told me that it was covered under warranty and I'd only have to pay for the labor, about 5 minutes worth. After several weeks of no calls, I followed up with the office and was told that I'd have to pay the trip charge of ~ $169. When I objected, I was transferred to a gentleman, I believe the manager or owner, who told me that the warranty was expired but that he would wave the service charge and the cost of the part because he 'wanted to make things right'. He told me he'd call me back the next day after he made sure they had the part in stock. Weeks later, no call. At this point I'm taking my business elsewhere as I have no faith in the accuracy, reliability or honesty of this company.
