  We had Them install our very complex, high-end boiler, water heater, in floor heating, Air-conditioning units, etc. 20 years ago. They did an excellent job on installation and have gone above and beyond for service ever since. Extremely responsive. High-quality work. Reasonable pricing. A+.

  I have used Dave Droegkamp in the past for a new furnace/AC install and AC replacements. This time they replaced an AC unit from 1989! Collin from sales is always friendly, communicative and provides good/better/best options for your needs. Pricing is competitive vis a vis the competition. Casey and his team completed the install. He was friendly and professional. Answered all questions and took care of any concerns. Took care to protect steps etc and left the area very clean. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Scott has built a great team that provides great service to this area.

  I have Dave Droegkamps service agreement. Twice a year they come out to service my air conditioner and heating equipment. All that's covered additionally keeping the units and top efficiency lengthen is their longevity. And we all know what equipment costs today a simple air conditioner now runs $10,000. Take my advice talk to Dave or one of his minions you won't be sorry you did

  I pay for this company’s annual maintenance program because I believed it would provide peace of mind and priority service when something went wrong. My AC was inspected on July 6, and I was told everything looked good. Less than two weeks later, it stopped working during one of the hottest weekends of the year. To make matters worse, the air quality outside was so poor that opening the windows wasn’t even an option. My family had to sit in a hot house for days while waiting for service. As a maintenance customer, I was disappointed to learn I still had to wait several days because there were dozens of people ahead of me. When the technician finally arrived, he was professional, explained the issue clearly, and replaced the control board. I appreciate the quality of his work. My disappointment is with the value of the maintenance program. After paying for yearly maintenance, waiting days for service, and then paying $873 for the repair, I was also charged a $169 service call fee. I understand diagnostic fees are common, but I expected maintenance members to receive some type of priority or at least have the service call fee applied toward a repair of that size. I don’t fault the technician who fixed the problem. My frustration is with how maintenance customers are treated when they actually need help. Based on this experience, I’m not convinced the maintenance program is worth the money.
