  Austin Plumbing provided great service today! Not only were the able to get me on the schedule, but service was thorough and professional. After a new meter was installed, there was a constant drip at the main valve to the house. Don B provided a temporary fix and walked me through the long-term solution, urgency, and options. Fair pricing, no pressure and excellent communication.

  Darren K. Came out to discuss a plan for interfacing a battery backup and a gas generator backup for emergency residential power. His experience and knowledge of power systems and interfacing was greatly appreciated and the customized plan was completed on the spot. I would highly recommend Darren and the Austin company for electrical, plumbing and hvac needs.

  Luke helped us with a major purchase of a water heater, water softener and hose bibs today. The water heater was installed the same day after initial inspection. In addition, he spotted several issues that needed attention and answered a lot of technical issues in layman’s terms. He was a very knowledgeable plumber and the work was professional and top notch with his crew! Highly recommend!

  I had someone come out to look at my AC unit. I basically paid $165 for him to clear mice debris out. Ling story short, his solution was for me to either pay $1100 for refrigerant or $6500 for a new unit it IF I joined their membership club. $7100 without the membership. I called another company, Boldt Heating and cooling, he was honest. The issue was that a switch wasn't working which isn't put on new units so he bypassed it. No refrigerant needed. Paid LESS than what I paid Austin and have air again. Do not call these people. Such a scam. Call Boldt.
