  At that time, we signed up for their Annual Maintenance Plan, and we are so glad we did. For a very reasonable yearly cost, we have peace of mind knowing our furnace, HVAC system, and water heater are being properly maintained and are ready for the seasons ahead. During a recent tune-up visit, Todd discovered several dangerous carbon monoxide leaks within our furnace and venting system. Given that the unit was already more than 12 years old, we decided it was time for a replacement. Colton and his team came out the very next day and replaced the entire unit. The installation was smooth, professional, and completed with great attention to detail. Todd, Colton, and the entire Austin team have been incredible to work with throughout the process. Their expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to customer safety and service are second to none. We highly recommend Austin Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable home service professionals.

  Keegan did a great job by doing a preventative maintenance in my house. He checked all spots and explained the problems and how mitigating them. He algo provided feedback and patiently show me all issues and how I should be handling them.

  We needed help with some 3 and 4 way switches that weren’t working and the level of care and expertise Ben demonstrated was unbeatable. We ended up having some really funky wiring that took a lot to decipher and Ben was extremely thorough and professional to get us to our desired result. We’re thrilled with his services.

  We called for service for our intermittent water supply, Austin Plumbing was able to get a service technician out later the same day. We received a text letting us know some background information on our service technician and we could even follow where he was and when he would be here. Carson was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From our description of what was going on with our water supply he knew exactly what to look at first. The pressure tank was failing, he had a new pressure tank on his truck and was able to restore regular water flow within an hour or less. The cost was reasonable and we can now expect to have water every time we turn on faucets again. Thank you very much to Austin Plumbing and to Carson!
