  Cannot get a hold of anyone at the company. They aren't responding to my multiple messages. I called their posted phone number three times and left detailed messages (once on Tuesday, 9/8, twice on Wednesday, 9/9). I also filled out their "request-a-callback" form on their website on Wednesday with a detailed message. The note above the form on their website even says they would call back the same business day. I included my contact info in all of my messages. It's mid-day Friday (9/11) and I have yet to get a response.

  Had a smell in the backyard by the septic tanks and found that they were overflowing due to the lift pump failure. Called Stordeur late that afternoon and they were here early the next morning to pump it out. The cost was less than I expected. They also recommended a top-notch company to replace the lift pump. Outstanding customer service! And they have earned our septic pumping business well into the future.
