  Dix was absolutely fantastic to work with! My husband was looking for a specific, newer Trex color for our new deck, and the only other local company we found that carried it wasn’t the right fit for us. On a whim, he called Dix, and to our surprise, Garrett and the team not only carried the exact Trex color we wanted, but they also had everything we needed in stock. From there, the experience just kept getting better. They delivered all of our decking materials within just a few days, and everything arrived in perfect condition. As our project progressed, we kept going back for additional supplies like the Trex installation tool, plugs, and other accessories. Garrett and every single person we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The biggest surprise came at the end of the project. We had overestimated the number of boards we needed (completely our mistake), and Dix scheduled a pickup, gave us a full refund for the unused boards, and didn’t charge a restocking fee. That level of customer service is almost unheard of today. It’s rare to find a company that combines competitive products, great inventory, and truly exceptional customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will absolutely continue to use Dix for future projects. We highly recommend them!

  I gave them my project details and lumber list. They had ideas and suggestions and let me decide. In the yard the employee picked the boards and even set a few boards aside to choose better ones. I didn't have to sort through 50 boards to find 2 good straight boards. The final price was right in line with my budget. Extremely friendly and helpful with an excellent selection of lumber.

  After running all over town trying to get some cutting done for a small project, I finally found Brock at Dix. He set me up and sent me on my way. I will be back with all my future projects, big or small.
