  From the moment we walked into Carpetland’s showroom in Germantown, my wife and I were greeted by Ron Hebbring. His demeanor was both professional and friendly. He gave us ample time for selection without feeling pressured and answered any questions we had on types of flooring and differences between them. We got a breakdown of cost of product and labor that made sense so there wouldn’t be any surprises along the way. We left with a few samples to take home over the weekend and once we found the flooring of our dreams the install schedule setup went smoothly. Installers arrived on day of install on time, were honestly done sooner than I predicted and cleaned up nicely. Can’t say enough good things about Ron and his team. Highly recommended!

  Carpeting job accomplished by Carpetland form the salesman Dennis Warner Jr. to the installers was fantastic. Follow through and quick turnaround was perfect. JOB WELL DONE!!!! Thank You Craig Johnson

  Ron was great to work with and coordinated the measure and install of our vinyl plank. The process from first contact to install was easy and efficient. This is our second flooring install with Carpetland and would recommend them for your flooring needs. If it wasn’t so expensive.

  On the tail end of a whole home interior remodel and had Carpetland Germantown do LVP across our 2nd floor. This was easily the worst experience I had considering all of the contractors involved over the last 18 months. It would be a 1 star review had they not at least came out almost a month later to somewhat improve initial rough work at the end of the process. Made it clear to the measurer and then the installer before work began that the area around the base of the stair railings needed to be right up to the edge as that would not be an area where we would be putting any trim. These are narrow hallway areas with expansion room on 3 other sides so no concerns of lack of expansion gap there. Also received the job order to sign off on and matching trim pieces were included which I requested not be ordered, but was told they were already ordered and could not be cancelled BEFORE I returned the signed order to proceed. Was told that I would be charged if any additional prep work was needed and turned out the subfloor was in great shape except for one area where it was a little high requiring the installer to splice in about a 10’ x 2’ piece of subfloor to level out. At the end of the install I was told this was 9 man hours of work and would be over $1,100 additional. I couldn’t even imagine how that added up. Job could have been done in 2-3 days but 2 installers were here 4 days as they were only here 3.5-5 hours a day. Sent an email to Eric Langan who recently took over the company almost a week ago and no response. Really disappointed overall, but paid the full bill and learned a lesson I guess.
