- SKShea KitzmanJul 15, 20261.0We had a pond dug almost two years ago now. It leaks and we are basically left with half of a pond. I emailed twice, the first time was disregarded as "yeah water levels are hard to maintain" and the second time was told it was forwarded on to the correct person with no response. I don't expect them to come back and fix whatever is wrong, but not caring to check in on their work and ensure it is done to the highest standard is disappointing. We have a wedding in our backyard next summer, and guests will see the work speaks for itself. It is just a shame, especially from a woman owned business.
