Our AC decided to give out on us and these guys got someone out fast. The tech was super efficient, polite, and even cleaned up after himself before he left — didn't leave a mess or anything. Quick, easy, no hassle. Definitely calling them again if we need AC or furnace work done!

If I could leave a minus star, I would. My A/C unit they installed wasn't working properly so they came after hours to fix it. Took an hour and just needed wash off stuff stuck to it. They charged me $475. I saw they double charged me for diagnostics so I went into the store today because I was upset about the charge. They said to talk to the person who repaired it, so I waited. I asked to speak to the owner, but they said they weren't there. They got the repairman on the phone and basically I asked for an itemized, detailed invoice. I got the run around for awhile and got nowhere, just getting more upset. This woman comes out of nowhere and literally has her finger wagging an inch from my nose and tells me I'm "nasty" and I've been nasty since I have been there. I told her not to wag her finger in my face and she does it again. I get up because she's also looming over me and I'm uncomfortable. I said that's your opinion, but in fact, I'm an upset customer and I'm also a Veteran so I speak very assertively. I never cursed, I never raised my voice. I asked who she was, and she said she's the OWNER. Try to get back to the bill but getting nowhere and they can't seem to give me specific prices on what they charged. The owner then PHYSICALLY ASSAULTS me. I leave, and I file a police report. Obviously never doing business with again as they assault their customers when they dare to challenge their bills.

Issue was an A/C that continued to turn off and came back on intermittently. Servicer came over, flipped a float switch and called it good. A/C turned off again after he left. Had someone else take a look at it to discover problem. R.A. servicer did not mention that the tray was wet, the moisture switch was sitting in the water in the tray, and that's why it kept tripping. No explanation on how to fix it or avoid the issue in the future. Let the company know when I paid about my complaints. They cashed my check with zero response. I paid almost $200 for a guy to come flick a light switch that didn't solve the problem.
Not sure how a $350 part becomes a $750 bill for an hour worth of work I mean I got there at 3 o'clock and I was done by 5 and that included him driving back to get the part. So basically I paid $200 an hour to get a motor put in which is right in the front of the machine. Close I was told the bill would be around $500 before and then they boost it up to $700 plus.
