  Excellent service! My tech arrived within the time window promised and I was notified that he was on his way about 35 minutes before he got here! He was very knowledgeable about the generator and the issues I was having and took care of the problem promptly! Very professional and very wonderful to work with! I believe my issue is covered under warranty.

  This was a backup generator installation in our older home. It was particularly challenging due to the need for running the 1 inch cable through the ceiling of the finished basement, from one side of the house to the other side. The installers did a great, professional job in accomplishing this with minimal removal of drywall. They also did a thorough clean up afterwards.

  Adams showed up on time and finished the installation including upgrading the breaker box and upgrade electrical meter. They finished well on time. One small issue needed to be addressed and they came back and took care of it. Within 2 weeks our neighborhood lost power for 9.5 hours The Generac kicked in after 18 seconds. It sure felt good to not have to worry.

  None of your choices fit . I had a plumber come to install a new kitchen sink . All of your choices are for electrical services U have no idea how much I paid as I am going yo be billed by the office Lastly, my service was on a Tuesday? May 5. I received an appointment reminder the day after the job was complete which was useless to me. My service and the plumber, Dale, were great . (Rating of 5 on a scale of 1-5). Your survey tool for feedback is really terrible and so would rate that as 0 on a of scale 1-5.

  The information we received from the Adam's office person was spot on. Serviceman arrived at the scheduled time and completed your project in a timely manner. The contracted amount for our project was reasonable. The amount of time from our initial contact with Adam's to project completion was excellent. We would recommend Adam's to other for their excellent service.
