  Hunter was great; he kept us informed throughout the entire process from inspection (he was at our house with the insurance adjuster) to contacts with our homeowners insurance company covering the roof replacement due to hail damage, to transparency regarding the costs and billing process, and he also kept us informed through phone calls and emails regarding any other information that we needed to forward to him from our insurance company. The actual work was done on the day communicated to us in advance, and was completed all in one day; the foreman returned the following day to check on the work, which was completed in an excellent, professional manner. Clean up was superb! I needed to make a few visits to their business office, and received excellent, friendly customer service form Nikki at the office every time. My wife and i recommend this company highly and without reservation.

  If I could rate Superior Roofing & Restoration higher than 5-stars, I would. Hunter Eisold, Nikki Wickersham, and the whole Superior Roofing team took care of our whole outdated roof replacement. They even worked with our insurance company's adjuster after we filed a claim to point out the hail damage that happened. We also have a detached garage and their team was finished with the whole job in a single day and also took care of the cleanup. They will be with you every step of the way to make sure you are taken care of. Please reference the pictures for their work. Highly recommended.

  Superior Roofing was amazing to work with from start to finish. Their team was timely, professional, and made the entire roof replacement process smooth and stress-free. What really set them apart was their customer service after the job was completed. About a week after our new roof was installed, we noticed a leak in our ceiling. We called Superior Roofing, and they had a crew at the clinic within 20 minutes to investigate. It turned out the issue wasn't even related to the roof—it was a damaged bath fan caused by a severe storm. A few hours later, another crew arrived, and to my surprise, it included the owner himself. He had driven all the way from Wausau and showed up in head-to-toe dress clothes, then climbed onto our roof to help assess the situation himself. That level of dedication, responsiveness, and care is something you rarely see anymore. If that's not top-tier customer service, I don't know what is. Superior Roofing stands behind their work and truly cares about their customers. If I ever need roofing services again—whether for my home or for work—they will be my first call. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

  I had water running to my basement and unsure where it was coming from. I contacted Mel at Superior Roofing. We set up an appointment where I met she and Tom. Tom was very knowledgeable and immediately pointed out the issue. What separates Superior Roofing and Restoration is the fact that Tom didn't try to sell me on an entirely new roof. Instead, we spoke of my options, recommendations, cost and what would be best for the house and budget. Both he and Mel helped me out tremendously, so much so that I have another roof that needs to be looked at. Upon speaking with Tom, once again, instead of attempting to high pressure sell me, he was direct, upfront, and spoke to me, rather than at me. That is extremely important to me and shows he and the company put people first. I highly recommend Superior Roofing and Restoration. Good people who won't treat you like a number, but rather with honesty and respect.
