  Questionable service so far. My tenants have endured diminished AC performance for weeks. Quality and predictability of service, estimates and time to resolution have been sketchy and evasive. My property manager has been on phone multiple times per day to get this resolved. Maybe the other reviews are AI generated. Still waiting for concrete resolution.

  Ethan came for a weekend HVAC consult. He was super knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. Scheduling and communication with Hurlburt was top notch and super easy. The service charge was reasonable, especially with how quickly we were able to get in for service. We will definitely use them again!

  Here is my review of Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing which is a 5 star plus. I also run a business so realize what service means to people. I was advised by my service manager that the ac was making a buzzing noise for the shop central ac unit. We called around to a place that an individual worked that has taken care of my eq for the last 20 years. The person that I talked to at the other ac repair center said well we are busy and I do not know when we can come out so maybe find and call around for someone else. Well long story short I made a call to Hurlburt Heating and the lady was very polite on the phone. She paused for a few minutes and said she could have someone from Hurlburt there by 1:30 today. Well the tech was on time and knew exactly what the problem was, had the parts on the truck and went the extra mile to make sure the ac temp drop was right which it was. I paid him and thanked him for the prompt service we received from this company. Long story short just call Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing for all your needs. I deleted the other phone number from my phone book and will only call this company for all our needs from here out. Thank you again for the great and fast service. If I could give more stars I would but 5 was the limit. Sincerely Dave Mcintosh

  Hurlburt installed a new HVAC system for us. Additionally, we jad a new water heater install. Austin, Caleb, Hunter and Drew compromised the install team. All work was completed in one day and cleanup. They also demonstrated operation of the smart control panel. We are satisfied with our new system and are always pleased with the Hurlburt installation team. Additionally, we had some airflow leveling work done. Jackson reconnected a duct we discovered had been disconnected by previous house owners. Jackson had us operational in less than two hours. We had properly AC to our master bedroom just in time for the Independence Day weekend. Much appreciated!

  Beca R came to perform service so that could get my air conditioning started up again. Prior to appointment she researched the unit and set up I had and was able to accurately diagnose and repair the problem immediately upon her arrival. She was very friendly, efficient, great communicator and was able to demonstrate and educate on what to do if the drainage hose began to g plug up again. Also explained that when air conditioning wasn’t in use , the best way to remove and clean the tube so that I could self maintain and prevent further obstruction. Really appreciate her and how the company was able to get my unit up and running the day during this heat and humidity
