  Doug T and Mike came to my house on 15 May to check on a suspected leak and some other minor issues. When they arrived they were courteous and friendly. They looked over all the problem and were extremely patient in explaining to me the problems and the fixes required. What was the greatest aspect of their visit was that they diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution that fixed the problem and they didn’t try to upsell me on other things I did not need. These two guys represented the epitome of how one should interact with the customer. I was supremely impressed with their knowledge and how they treated me and my ignorant questions. If I need work in the future I assure you I will request them. 5 stars and they really should get more - they are a tribute to Hurlburt

  Hurlburt saved us when our furnace died at the end of January, just in time for -30° weather. Mike responded to our call in just a few hours and immediately brought in space heaters to use while he looked over our furnace. Unfortunately, our 36 year old furnace was not repairable. Before we even committed to buying a new furnace through them, he left us with space heaters to keep our house from danger of freezing pipes. When Chris quoted us options for replacement, he did not try and upsell to us in the slightest and made sure we felt comfortable with our options. We ended up replacing both the furnace and the AC unit as that would save money in the long run should our (quite old) AC unit die in the near future. Installation of the new units by Cody and his assistant was very quick and easy. We would absolutely recommend Hurlburt to anyone!

  I had an amazing technician by the name of Gary that came to my home from Hurlburt to check out my furnace. He was incredibly professional, kind and went out of his way to help me out. He took his time to answer all of my questions, and showed me pictures of the various concerns with my furnace. Unfortunately, the furnace in my home that I recently purchased had numerous issues. I indicated that I wanted to replace it rather than putting a lot of money into a 23 year old furnace. Gary promptly reached out to the main office and indicated that I would like an estimate. A representative came and I am happy to say that I am getting a new furnace installed. I never once felt pressured. With Gary being so informative and also showing me the prices of replacement parts, I was able to make my own decision. Many thank you’s Gary! I would highly recommend Gary, he is an amazing person.

  I highly recommend Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing for any of your service needs. Andrew S. was the technician with whom I worked. Andrew is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very pleased with the work he completed for me, and I would not hesitate at all, to have him complete other projects for me in the future. He willingly answered any questions I had, and thoroughly explained what he would be doing. His quote was pretty spot on. I really enjoyed working with Andrew, and to top it off…he’s a really nice guy!

  Everyone on the Hurlburt Team including Daniel, Logan, Cody and others did an excellent job with our recent plumbing projects. We had a new water softening system and tankless water heater installed along with repiping in our house. Logan and team were communicative, punctual, and very professional. Logan and Cody explained to us what they were doing and consulted us at each point there was an option or a concern. They set our house up for the next 50 years with the quality of work they performed and exceeded our expectations. They were respectful of our home and trained us on how to use our new system. I would hire Logan and Cody anytime to do work in our home and I am very particular about who we work with on such projects. Top notch service from a top notch team there at Hurlburt. I can’t say enough for our appreciation in how they took care of things for us. Thank you!!!
