  The company sent Paul Purdy to do maintenance on my HVAC. He was all knowing and discussing the benefits of the maintenance and mentioned that the unit is old and might be due for replacement. He asked me if I am interested to replace it, I said he can give me quotes and he did and got too excited on selling me the stuff. Had another company checked on it after and said its still working fine and can last few more years. Humidifier was initially set to 30% before his arrival. After he left, I went back and checked on it and was set to 0%. I asked the Manager - Marc, if this was noted in the report or Paul might have missed to turn it back. Marc states that he asked Paul and claimed he never touched the humidifier. I would have let it pass but HONESTY comes a long way. This was done on a WINTER season. Terrible company and people.

  The crew was incredibly fast and did the complete install in one day. Inside the electrical was run efficiently on one wall instead of from the electrical box. And the outside exceeded ours and our condo association’s expectations. They also discovered we had a crack in our outlet for our dryer and repaired it saving us a potential fire. I highly recommend Kettle Moraine!!!

  Wonderful service. Called in and the next day they showed up to troubleshoot my issue. Both Brian and Brett were very respectful . They put their booties on before coming inside. 😄They listened to my concerns and tried to troubleshoot the problem. Not many businesses respond so quickly and honor their warranty without any issue, or questions. Highly recommend.

  They had a very tough job and did it with great professionalism and aplomb. 2nd floor air handler in a closet! Took it out, replaced with new and didn’t ask me to remove part of the wall making the replacement difficult. Don’t know how they connected the new to the old but they did! Plus they had to haul everything up/down to do the job and I never heard a complaint! I’m amazed! And they had to do all the inside/outside work in a steady drizzle/sometimes shower! Everything was done professionally and even with the rain with minimal signs of work having been done. We are impressed with their installation team! High fives to everyone who came to work on our job!!

  This was my first time experience with this company having maintenance done on my HVAC system, and to say the least I was over impressed with every factor involved. The service technician, Damon, was extremely professional, listened to my questions, provided me clear and concise answers and was nothing less than top-notch!! There are many companies available for a consumer for this kind of service work, but all I can say is that I was very fortunate to align with such a great company and to be treated like a customer should be treated means the world to me. Again Damyon was extremely thorough, punctual with the appointment and the next service work I need for my HVAC system I will be asking for him once again. I always encourage people to do their homework and check around, but I can guarantee you every other company will be considered second place down the line. If you want it to be treated fairly with not only the price of the work to be done, but the positive results to be attained – you need to look no further than this company.
