  Patrick was a great representative of this business. He was very friendly, considerate, and communicative. He took the time to answer my questions, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, wore shoe covers to keep my house neat, etc. Everyone was friendly at the office when I scheduled this appointment also. I will call again for my next maintenance or repair appointment. Thank you!

  Dan was very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciate the fast response of coming to our home for an estimate and was able to install the new AC and new furnace the next day. The installation crew was very considerate, friendly and knowledgeable. Renee at the office was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you everyone that took the time to make the installation possible in such a short turn around time. We would highly recommend Kettle Moraine heating and air conditioning. A+

  After a number of quotes from local HVAC companies we selected Kettle Moraine Heating & Air and could not be happier. The furnace and A/C units we choose were head and shoulders above the competition and at a similar price-point and a considerable greater value than the other guys. The appointment was set and the group descended on our home like a military operation. All the techs were so friendly, especially Matt, who made sure I was familiar with our new system and all that it could do. Our home is much more comfortable thanks to the gang at Kettle Moraine Heating and Air. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

  I chose Kettle Moraine H&C after getting 3 comparable quotes. I chose them because they offered a higher quality ac unit and better service warranties than the other companies. I also took advantage of their financing offer, which was not an option with the runner up. The team was on time, worked very hard, were personable, and everything is working great. I still can't believe I have central air, it's wonderful. I cannot hear that its on, it isn't blowing wildly in my face, it's a stealthy flow of cool air with no basement smell! I look forward to working with these guys again. I am still upgrading my electric and will give them the business. Thank you guys for getting everything together for me. You and the electrician get 10/10 stars from me and Wilbur the Wonderdog.

  We had a wonderful experience with Kettle Moraine Heating and AC, from our consultation with Matt who was extremely thorough, helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand. To Dustin who walked us through the financing process with ease, and Derek and his team who came out and installed our brand new ac unit and did an excellent job removing the old unit in a quick and efficient manner and making sure to clean up when they were done. Needless to say with a 10 month old and having our ac not working for basically a month it was especially nice to have them be able to come the next day and get our ac up and running for us!! Very happy and our ac runs beautifully!
