  If you’re looking for a builder, I highly recommend giving RPC Builders a call. This was my first time building a custom home, and they made the entire experience far more manageable than I expected. Dan took the time to meet with me on my lot, walk the property, and really understand my vision. He offered thoughtful suggestions on what was possible and helped me explore alternatives that fit within my budget without sacrificing what I wanted. From start to finish, the process was smooth. Communication was consistent and clear—whether it was Dan and Karlene in the office or Mike and the contractors out on site, everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Building a home can be stressful, but their team made it feel much less overwhelming. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering building a custom home.

  We originally planned to go with a different builder, but after seeing a home in our neighborhood built by Robert Peters Construction—and hearing such a positive experience from the homeowner—we decided to at least get an estimate. That decision ended up being one of the best we made. From the very first meeting, we were blown away. The design process felt truly consultative, not transactional. Dan was incredibly easy to talk to, attentive, and responsive—not just during design, but throughout the entire build and even after we moved in. As the project progressed, we got to know the whole team. His brother Mike and Ryan were regularly on-site, and it showed. Mike ensured everything ran smoothly, often addressing potential hiccups before we even knew they existed. That level of proactive attention to detail made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. Communication was exceptional. We always felt comfortable asking questions and consistently received clear, timely answers. The accessibility and transparency throughout the process were truly top-notch. Building a home can be overwhelming, but this experience was anything but. It was smooth, organized, and honestly enjoyable. And the end result? We absolutely love our home. It’s everything we envisioned and more—I genuinely find it hard to leave it every day. If we ever build again, there’s no question we would choose Robert Peters Construction. I can’t recommend them enough. 10 out of 10 experience.
