  Congratulations for looking at reviews. The positive reviews come solely from truck drivers complimenting the delivery process. Weird. The negative reviews come from people like me. I paid for insulation and was not only underwhelmed but like previous reviewers mentioned I too am taking the time to leave a review to protect others. I immediately got in touch with a salesman who was AMAZING. I think he honestly did his best and I appreciated his efforts. Next was the scheduling, the cost, the timeless, the quality of work, and their resolution process, were where things went south. SCHEDULING: Scheduling was very quick and easy. However, they never showed up at the agreed upon time and required multiple calls to the salesperson to figure out where they were and when they would actually be showing up, which resulted in missed appointments, and no shows. COST surprisingly wasn't bad.However, upon completing this review, it is up to you to determine if the cost was worth the hassle. TIMELINESS as previously mentioned timeliness is non-existent with this company and that goes for costs as well. I was stupid enough to pay for the services in full. Huge mistake once the company had my money, they were almost impossible to get in touch with. And what was advertised as a 1 day process took roughly 3.5 to 4 weeks to complete. QUALITY i believe this over everything else should be. What is considered most after all of the hassle? I had everything filled with insulation. I went out to inspect and found out that instead of filling the garage overhead with insulation, they had filled my attic with insulation, I called the salesperson. Explained the situation, and the next day the gentleman came out and filled the proper area with insulation. I of course, peeked into the attic, and there was so much insulation when going up there, it came above my hips. RESOLUTION finally, I contacted the salesperson and asked how we would resolve the attic being insulated instead of the garage. His response was that I ended up getting a free attic insulation. Which sounds great. However, I am now in the process of finding a new insulation company to correct what they did in my attic. And i'm looking at thousands of dollars to correct it.

  Only because one star is necessary to leave a review. Look for another insulator if you want to stay on schedule. The sales rep helped as much as he could but the rest was lees than average. Once I got people on site they did work hard and did a decent job BUT this company put me behind schedule, and cost me a lot of money reschuleing the next part of the building process. I had a good sales rep (Dennis) and he did what he could. The branch manager (Jeremy) was delayed in communication and rude. He actually told me "Delays should be expected in this business" and was disrespectful. Once they finally finished the work (21 days behind scheuld between phases) I sent the invoice and payment the next day. 2 weeks later got a notice from a collection firm working for them. I emailed them a copy of the cancelled checks and proof that they were paid in full and it took another week to be resolved. When emailing with Jeremy, thinking I would get an appology for the inconvienience he wrote "Sorry your feelings were hurt." It's no wonder the experience was so negative with that type of leadership. If staying on schedule is important, use a different company. If you want to be delayed and disrespected then this is the place. I'm glad I am done with them and will not use them again for any future projects.

  When looking for an insulating contractor look further. Built a new construction home and it was nothing but a headache from citywide. The only person at the company who answers there phone is the sales man/estimator. Every deadline they were given was milked out to the last possible minute with no communication on when they were showing up or if I had to reschedule the plasterers. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else
