  I was charged $1075. Interest outside of the total and told should be 0% if paid by the due date which I did. Company did not keep promise. Maintenance was fine.

  This company is severely unorganized. I asked for a quote and was contacted about getting that set up. I was told someone would be there and they needed my info. I messaged my info and never got a response. Nobody showed up and have now been contacted 4 more times about getting an appointment set up. If they cannot get a simple quote appointment figured out, I have no confidence in them doing the actual job.

  Dan did an excellent job answering all of my questions and explaining everything he was going to do. He also provided me with a quote for a home humidifier system and went over the additional services that Aquarius Home Services provides. I will definitely utilize their company again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you

  I had a great experience with this Nate our technician. He did an awesome job and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and made sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into his work. He definitely takes pride in what he does, and I would highly recommend him and Aquarius.

  Our tech did an amateur job at best. He spent about 15 minutes at most at the A/c for what was supposed to be a seasonal matience. He did not. He was also to do the furnace. He did not open the panel nor did he check the air filter. We had new filters sitting next to the furnace for him once he was done to change out. My husband checked on him a couple times walking down each time not seeing anything being performed. My son who is an HVAC technician for another company actually confirmed our suspicions. He also did not note any service on the service stickers on the furnace itself. Just disappointed.. we have always had a very thorough inspection and did not. We pay for a yearly check up service and get discounts if we need service. But this was absoutly not worth the cost.
