  If I bring a inboard outboard boat in for winterization and you do it, I’m going to make the assumption you work on in board outboards. When I picked my boat up last fall, the one gal they mentioned I needed something that should be done every three years and they’re gonna order the part. I never did hear back about it, but they talked that they should take care of it in the spring and I said sounds good. That pretty much tells me they’re indicating they were, inboard outboard. I don’t know how I would make any other assumption. My spring summer started late so I just took my boat out to the lake a week ago. The boat did not start. So my first thought was well. This is my new Marine dealer. I will drop the boat off. It was a weekend they were closed so I dropped it off in the parking lot. Drove an extra 37 minutes to get there. And then 55 minutes back home very next morning person from the Marine dealer gives me a call and ask me why the boats there I tell them and they said they don’t work on board out boards and they don’t have a certified mechanic so I get to drive back out 55 minutes. Pick up the boat and pretty much dry 55 minutes back home then I have to take it to Hallberg Marine in Wyoming, Minnesota because one I know they’re good at their work. They’re more expensive but I guess you pay for what you get. The real issue here isn’t that it’s a bad marine simply the communications were horrible not mention a major inconvenience for me that weekend . If you don’t work on inboard outboards and don’t have a certified mechanic and someone brings you their inboard outboard boat to get winterized you probably should tell him that upfront. nobody wants to mess around with different dealers they want to find a home for their service and future purchases.
