- DWDave WincklerSep 24, 20265.0Did you know Crivitz Lumber designs homes? We wanted to build a clean, efficient, cost-effective 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, 1,500 sq. ft. home in Athelstane. Crivitz Lumber designed exactly that. The layout was very efficient and attractive. Cory did an excellent job and was very patient as we made changes to the original design. The cost was reasonable and turnaround was quick. We were also given jumbo blueprints that our builder used on-site. Finally, Crivitz Lumber was able to provide costs for all materials from lumber to flooring to roofing to siding to windows.
