In the fall, we tried the heat and the furnace would not turn on. We contacted Hometown Heating and Air for a repair. Turns out the broken furnace was rusted out. They showed us the damaged unit so we opted to replace the 21-year old A/C compressor as well. In the 5 years since, we have had Hometown out twice per year to do maintenance. As former owners of a property management company we know the value of such a program. Jerry, an experienced professional, had been our service technician for the last few years.
