  we have always called flocks for servicing our heating units. they had been good to explain options when needed. however, we were greatly disappointed last fall when needing a new hot water heater hooked up, and furnace, to lp gas. the furnace was easy. but unfortunately they stated they could not complete hook up of the water heater as they could not get the correct parts. we waited and waited for a bill to come to pay . we just got a statement, with final notice stamped on it, demanding payment or it would be sent to collections. the statement had "hook up gas line and start and test water heater" as a description of service being billed. we called, and were told several statements had been sent, and that they did not have the ability to send a break down of what was being charged. their main comment was did we have them come, and why didn't we pay. after trying to explain we had never received a bill, we were told they did send them out. and, yes, we have paid the bill, but will not be using them in the future.

  Way overpriced and gave me misguided advice costing me an extra $300! And when I called about dropping the EXTRA diagnostic/service fee (they had to come out 2 days in a row), the manager’s response was that they need to get paid for their time. Great customer service👎

  If I could give zero stars I would! Price gouging and lack of communication for sure! AC wasn’t running, diagnostics showed refrigerant and possible leak being the issue. While thawing, water dripped into the HVAC and got onto a wire saver (part used to communicate with a smart thermostat). FIRST OFF the unit should’ve been fully opened up to expose the entire situation and this could have been prevented. Then the tech said I would need a new wire saver since this one got wet and wasn’t turning the HVAC off. Part online is $25… their price… $270!!!! After an hour the tech installed the new part (I was with my 1.5 yr old at this time). When I returned and explained to the tech that I would just order the part online if needed, he reinstalled the old one and the HVAC kicked on. He said “It must’ve dried out and is now working fine.” NEVER CHECKING again to see if coolant was pulling or if the fan was simply running. So I’m left with thinking all is working great (reminder… “is now working fine” were his words) and no part needed. WRONG. Tech had to come back out today, install the overpriced wire saver AND charge me ANOTHER service fee ($109) when if he would’ve actually checked and told me yesterday that my old wire saver was bad - I would’ve made a different decision. Service manager & owner said they need to get paid for their time… well here’s the extra for your terrible advice/service. Won’t be using again!

  We needed emergency service on our condenser and after calling them, Levi came out in 15 minutes. He was professional and efficient. 10/10 would hire again!
