William is 2 for 2 in solving difficult problems that I was experiencing with my heating & cooling. This summer he quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and got it up and running in no time. It worked perfectly the remainder of the summer. Today when he visited for our annual boiler tune up I let him know about a problem we had been experiencing for the past couple years with the heat coming on when the thermostat wasn’t calling for it. Once again he analyzed the situation and diagnosed what was causing the problem. The boiler wasn’t programmed properly and he was able to correct it. Thanks William, Great job!
