  No services were performed. The tech was nice and pleasant, but he didn’t have the ability to assess our mini split unit, which is what I specifically requested service for. In addition, he couldn’t do any preventative maintenance on our air handler on the second floor because he didn’t have an adequate ladder for that. I have no idea why this tech was sent. He wasn’t equipped or trained to address our situation.

  Josh Turner came and assessed my backed up garbage disposal. Ended up getting a whole new unit. Price was a little bit on the higher end, but in and out, brand new unit ready to go in just about two hours. Extremely friendly, extremely respectful, and made sure all the payment options were put on the table first and foremost. Nothing was hidden about the process. Highly recommend.

  Boiler cleaning! He was very kind and knowledgeable. He gave suggestions on simple things.
