  Omar brought a high degree of professionalism to our home and was very thorough when he came to investigate our hvac duct issue, providing clear pictures of the issues that he had found and corrected for us. He was an all around great guy to have working on our system!

  I found him unimpressive. He was not the right guy for the job. You call person was told by me that I had an on-demand hot water system. This is for my hot water heat and domestic water use. This is the second time I have had service by your company and I'm very disappointed in my service experience. I also call with a plumbing issue and was told you would not come out to my home to clear a drain. We were outside your work area. It is most like that I will have to find a different company. I enjoyed 20plus years of good service from Southshore heating. You have fallen short of there service quality.

  Before my appointment to get our water heater looked at I called their office to leave a message with the tech to give me a call regarding what he finds and what we’d be looking at for repair costs since I would not be home while he was there. Appointment time came and went and there was no phone call about he found. I called their office back again and asked to speak to the tech but was told no one was available to speak to me but the dispatcher or the tech would call me back. I waited all day and told my wife I still hadn’t heard back. She asked for their number and the same thing. “No one is available to talk to you but they’ll call back”. It’s now a day later and we haven’t heard a peep from them regarding our water heater. At this point I don’t want a call back because I found someone who is coming to install a new unit today. And don’t bill me for the visit because in my opinion you didn’t do anything worth getting compensated for. Very unprofessional and it cost them a job.

  Great experience overall. Zakir helped fix a blocked drain from our kitchen to the basement and was super kind and honest throughout the process!! Customer service was also great. I reached out over the weekend and was surprised how quickly I got help! Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Everything’s been working perfectly since. Looking forward for our upcoming maintenance services. Would definitely recommend!

  The office did their very best to accommodate me today on a Sunday for an emergency sewer backup. Zak arrived on time, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He located the blockage which was towards the street and was able to dislodge it and get the water draining again. I also had to call Mr Holland’s because my air conditioner stopped working last summer. It was a stretch of 90• weather. Turns out I needed a new air conditioner. From the initial service call (after hrs) to the sales rep and installers, everyone was polite, punctual and worked efficiently. I also had a high efficiency furnace installed at the same time by them. Now it is time to have my ducts cleaned, and again, Mr Holland’s is my choice. I have nothing but praise for your employees, who exemplify a standard of customer-service excellence in their work
