- JMJaye MierJul 1, 20265.0Our initial contact was with Rudy Lange and we were very satisfied with all the information he presented to us and his suggestions for the unit that would best suit our needs. The technicians arrived on time and were knowledgeable, neat and precise. Brandon answered all of our questions and gave us all the information that we needed to operate the thermostat, humidifier and outside compressor. They were respectful of our landscaping when installing the outside compressor and cleaned up after their work. We were pleasantly surprised the outside compressor was very quiet. We were very satisfied with the electrician and the two Thielmann crew members. We were also very happy that they could fit us into their schedule so quickly, especially in light of the heatwave the following week and also appreciated the extended warrantee we received. We would recommend all the technicians that installed our unit as well as the Lennox air conditioner installed.
