- WMWill MAug 16, 20265.0Called on a Sunday and they were able to send a technician out in just a few hours. I am on the annual maintenance schedule so I was only charged fees for a normal service call. Jason Springston was great. Listened to my concerns, addressed them and took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms. Tried offering him a cash tip for his excellent service and he would not take it and said they are not allowed to accept any cash tips for their service. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but to me it confirmed his integrity and honesty. He also spoke positively about the company during the encounter which is not always the case nowadays. I appreciate his positivity and great service. Thank you for keeping us cool.
- RMRonald MauerAug 8, 20265.0I was having trouble with a Lennox S30 thermostat and after calling H. J. Faust and finding out it was just out of warranty. H. J. Faust contacted Lennox and they agreed to cover it under warranty. This all happened within a work week as they sent out Colin to do the swap out. Colin was very professional and had the thermostat swapped out in a short amount of time. He explained the operation of the new S40 vs S30 thermostats before leaving. I am very happy with H. J. Faust and their customer service.

JT was very friendly, very knowledgeable, asked if I had questions. He answered the ones I had about my Thermostat. He also went down and checked on my furnace explained a few things to me, asked if I had any questions and answered them also. I hope this company appreciates this man and his work ethics. Oh, and my dog growls at 99% of strangers that come into the house, not with him. I think if he said Gloria let’s go home she would’ve followed! 😅

Our old AC unit failed on a Thursday night, Lori called me first thing Friday and I had a quote with a reasonable price and detailed explanation by early afternoon. The team was out to install the unit first thing Monday morning. Jason our technician was great and explained what was done and timing of completion. There was a slight hiccup with the install due to our existing thermostat configuration and the office communicated that update and let us know when it was all resolved. Lori called again to follow up and make sure everything was done satisfactorily the next day and walk me through the new thermostat. From their automated systems stating when folks would be at the house to the professionalism and communication of every individual I worked with, HJ Faust knows how to do customer service! Five glowing stars!
