  I researched carpet for weeks. I got quotes from small private businesses and big box stores. One of my last calls was Carpetland USA in Burlington. I spoke with Adam N. right before closing. He was super personable, very friendly and didn't rush the conversation. I knew exactly what I wanted and he quoted me a GREAT price on Shaw carpeting/installation. He came out within a couple days to measure and got the order placed right away. Within two weeks of that phone call my new carpet was installed! The installers were professional and respectful of my home. They did a beautiful job in 3 bedrooms, a landing, and with the Hollywood (Chicago) finish on my stairs. They vacuumed and cleaned everything up before they left. I was very impressed! Adam stayed in touch through the whole process and was always available/responsive when I had questions. I highly recommend this location! Great customer service, very reasonable prices, quick turn around, and quality work! If I need any flooring in the future, I'll definitely be coming back!!

  Nick did a great job at Burlington Carpetland. He showed me great combinations of flooring for our lower level and followed through every step of the way. He was there when I had any concerns, never had to wait and all the varieties were awesome. He installers are also incredibly professional with 25 years experience with carpetland I was amazed how they handled all our heavy furniture. Thank you Nick!! I would recommend you in a heartbeat!

  Adam the salesman was great. Carpet guys did a great job. Unfortunately the crew that they sub to that install the laminate flooring didn’t float the floor as they should have and damaged cabinets. Rick had to return pull up the the floor, float, and reinstall. Now that we are using the space it still flexes more than it should have if it was done right the first time.
